My insurance made a reservation for a premium vehicle. I was given a Kia Forte with the expectation of bringing it back for a mid size vehicle. When I returned the next day, I encountered CJ Singletary. He was rude, obnoxious and had a very nasty demeanor! He lacks intelligence and professionalism. I understand working with the public can be demanding at times. However, he filled out the application for the position knowing that at times it will be challenging. When I asked him to refer me to another location, he stated that no other location had vehicles available. I know that wasn't true. He followed up by saying, I could return the vehicle and start the process all over again in hopes of getting a more appropriate vehicle. I do not understand how Enterprise can have someone like CJ who displays those qualities, and has such poor customer service skills in any position within their company. I will be contacting their cooperate office today.

Dont rent from here. The guy in charge, CJ, was unorganized and rude after I got double charged for their fault.
Had a one-way rental dropped off there on a Sunday because they have themselves listed as available that day for it.
They were actually closed that weekend until Monday, so when i called enterprised and asked why i was charged another day, they told me that that location* said that I didn't turn in the car until Monday. Another day later
I called CJ from this Glenwood Location, and he said that I should have called him before i drove down there to let them know. And that they wouldn't be able to know because they weren't open until Monday, so they just marked me for having it the full weekend.
Why even have a drop box then, and why say you're available to have cars dropped off on a day you're closed?
You can't blame cusromers for it and then charge them.
Just dont do business here if you can.
This isn't a bad review on Enterprise but just this location.

I rented a car without any problems. C.J. Singletary was very helpful and professional. The car was a Ford Edge SUV. They are not built for wide people. The ride was fantastic, and the trip went very well. The people at the St. Louis Airport added another driver with no problems. A very good experience over all. THANK YOU...!

So far so good, I have to put my car in body shop, they paying for a rental, CJ took my reservation and told me don't worry, we'll see what's up with them. City locations suck, these guys she be better....

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!On Nov 8th, I booked a reservation for an SUV (Nissan Rouge). On the following day (11/9) I went to pick up the vehicle as my family and I was in preparation to take a brief road trip for my aunts funeral. While attempting to pick up the SUV, the representative proceeded to tell me that the only car that was available was a Toyota Corolla. When I asked why was I allowed to book the reservation for the vehicle that was not available, I was told “I don’t know, the system just does that sometime.” I also asked if anything could be done to reconcile and I was told no and handed back my license. NO apology for my inconvenience. No empathy whatsoever. I was extremely disappointed considering it was not a suitable size for my family and I was also in a time crunch as I was planning to hit the road that following morning. I’m done supporting enterprise

Doing this review on my mother’s behalf. But I have to give these guys 5 stars because from beginning to the end they made the process smooth, easy, and fun. My mom will definitely be using them in the future again for all her rental needs. She was very weary at first because of the things that people have said about the company and while we can’t speak for the company as a whole but this location is probably one of the best branches out there from my personal experience. You guys remain amazing, I think we had the pleasure of being helping by the assistant manager Alex and he’s a real down to earth and funny guy. We don’t usually do reviews but you guys deserved this one, if we could give you 10 stars we would.

Once my auto body shop got through to them, they sent someone to pick me up right away. They were so nice! They treat customers like they care. I originally was upset because I couldn't get through to them on the phone. They are very short staffed, so the best thing is to just go directly there if you can.

I loved this location. When my car was in the shop paid by my insurance, they advocated for me to get the correct matching vehicle! They were prompt with bringing the car to me at the shop and tools steps to ensure I was happy with the car! They weren’t too pushy with the upsales either. At the end of my rental, they made things right that weren’t. I would highly recommend them!
