I just went to drop a box to this location at Lansing and I receive really bad customer service from the lady work here they need to get a customer service training for a better service

Spent $185.38 on an envelope to be delivered across country with a set delivery date. I thought for sure it would get received quicker (within a little over a week) since i had paid extra, only for it to be delivered extremely late by more than 2 weeks from expected delivery date, not only that but they had trouble finding the delivery address and I had only found out after reaching out to them about this issue. Definitely do not recommend for any outer country deliveries, took just as much time as it would have taken to use USPS.

Worst place ever to get obituaries done! No compassion, no empathy, no assistance with any corrections to anything via verbally or written down Messed up everything but made corrections to the photos…DO NOT GET ANY OBITUARIES DONE HERE JUST AWFUL!!!! Customer Service Rep TAMEKA-as a result of me asking Tameka to make corrections she TAMEKA made the obituary worse and the manager Marlon backed her they don’t even deserve one star. Luis, Marlon and Tameka are not representing FedEx appropriately. Fed-Ex is a reputable Company but these three are not good in customer relations skills they need help! Training possibly…They also do not believe in taking accountability for any mistakes they make! I’ve warned you beware these people are truly heartless…TRULY!!!!! I will never patronize any FEDEX from here on out… and I will let everyone I know to not go to that FedEx on Torrence for anything!!! I’m still traumatized …Just received a call from Marlon on 03-18-25 to try to get me on record me saying obscenities sad sad sad, sir take responsibility..and make it better better…For other people who don’t know how you guys do business…

i dont like standing at a counter over 10 minutes while folks go in back making personal calls and NOT hand me off to the next associate so me and the other customer can be taken of but nobody addresses me and the other customer waiting. Why we gotta ask for help and we standing at the counter staring at yall. this aint a zoo baby u can bet if im looking u in the face AND at the counter staring, I need assistance.

My boss told me they had HORRIBLE customer service at this location and they did NOT disappoint. No one spoke when you entered the building, I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and several staff members walked pass the counter, no eye contact what so ever. They made a mistake on my order and had an attitude with me!! The nerve !!! This is my first and last time using this site for orders.

Poor customer service. No help especially when you explain what you need. Idk who the guy was, just literally looked at me and said oh well, nothing I can do unless you got a lot of money for two simple pages. The machines have want you to have a pre amount on your card, or in store credit in increments of 5, in order to print. It cost more at the front desk, but they don’t have information like this posted until you try. Better off going to the library for simple prints.
