My car was loosing coolant. They identified the problem. The service writer called and sent me an email with the estimate promptly. The problem was resolved within 2 days. Also,I received an vehicle inspection that outlined further problems with an estimate for repairs. It was a very thorough job.the staff was very helpful especially the young lady manager very pleasant.I recommend every one bring your vehicle to this facility! Oh, did I mention they also have financing options for your bill!!! Great job to everyone including the mechanics!!!!

Alternator repair - my car broke down out of the blues while driving home recently. All these lights came on and once my car died it wouldn’t hold a charge for long to get any where. I had it towed to Fine Tune Auto in Lansing,IL. KC @ Fine tune auto got me in and fixed the problem. The price seemed high but looking online it’s about the average price for that repair. I’m glad they were able to fix the problem.

They received my car via tow truck; informed me when it was there; had it diagnosed by 1130 and back to me the very next day. The Alfa Romeo dealership has nothing on this place. Thanks to Brian and the team!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs work done.

Researched to fine a trustworthy auto service that could analyze the needs of my transmission. That is indeed Fine Tune Auto Service. In a timely manner they found the problem with my transmission, gave good advice to prevent future issues and did it all at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Fine Tune.
