I chose the Lansing Firestone not because it's in my neighborhood but I drive a distance to get there but because the customer service is great. They are honest about the repairs and always are able to help. If I ever have any issues I come right back and they take care of it. I come there so often they know me by my name when I call. ;-)

Paul is great! He helped me find the best tires for my car. He is friendly, nice, and professional. I'd go back to this location because of him. Firestone beat the competition when I showed a quote from another company. Thanks! ?

This experience is horrible! I get here at 7-8 am, I had intentions on making an appointment for a wheel alignment. The guy working tells me it’s first come first served and it’s 2 people ahead of you. I waited patiently. It is now 3:30pm and they still telling me it’s 2 people ahead of me and I have been seeing cars move in and out all morning. Worst service I ever experienced!

They do good work there, however they try to charge you more money for things that are simple to be fix. I had a tire light sensor that wouldn't go off after an oil change. Want to know why? Because they didn't put enough air in my tires. So instead of first trouble shooting that issue first they recommended that I need a new senor for my tires. Had a oil change, they didn't reset the counter, so 1 month after oil change my car says it needs another. The service desk said all we can do is recommend that you get another oil change. Now knowing my vehicle and had this same issue before , I knew that was the issue they didn't reset my counter for the oil change. However the service rep said you asked how I can help you, what can you do, even though you had an oil change less than a month ago, is to get another one.
Guess who's not returning there anymore?

I highly recommend this location! They are honest, fast, and efficient. The staff was able to accommodate me by scheduling an appointment the next day. My car was done in a reasonable amount of time. The staff did a great job of communicating my upcoming plans for service. I would not hesitate to recommend based on my experience.

Place is incompetent. Don't bother coming here. Been sitting here for 4 hours for one tire. Finally got the tire put on brand new Bridgestone Potenza and they tell me they can't check me out/ can't pay my bill because they never did a courtesy check on my car. mileage vin and license plate number this place is run by a bunch of teenage kids who could careless. Save your time I Will never be back.

I went to another shop and got a quote on the work and how long it would be. The prices here are little more but they got me in and out very quickly. One shop told me 2 days but Firestone did it in an hour and a half!

This Firestone (Lansing IL) location has consistently provided high quality workmanship, being customer-focused, and customer-friendly services! It is comforting being able to rely on car fixture/ improvement information coming from Paul and Pete along with other staff! With all that have been stated, I highly recommend this Firestone Tire Location (17001 Torrence Ave, Lansing IL 60438) for car services!

I had a 10am appointment for a slow leak in my tire repair. It was 11:20am when the service rep shared with me that I have to must buy a new for $170. The tire only had less than 20k miles and was purchase from Firestone ($300) with a maintenance plan. I feel I was mislead about what the maintenance plan covers
