If I could go lower I would. How are you a bank with no tellers? Drive thru goes first cuz that’s what she works. Been in line for 5 minutes someone pulls up and she attends to them first. Do better a customer is a customer. Don't come here!

Customer service agent Juan Mendiola Jr. helped me set up a Zelle payment account for home care services. My husband and I need the services and the provider wanted the Zelle payment option which was completely out of my reach as a computer skill. I had previous experience with this customer service agent, also very positive, and as a long term customer have found the customer service at this branch completely satisfactory.

Old National Bank = Scam Absolutely!
They will fraudulently charge your account and try to make you seem like the incompetent one, and then make it difficult to close out the account - All while continuously charging you to reap the benefits of interest earned for keeping the bank account open. The workers encountered are ignorant and lack basic customer service skills. ZERO STARS! I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Our account was compromised through this branch. Fraud was committed- a teller let someone (not the acct holder) withdraw $4000 from our account. This also just happened to be payday so there was more money than normal. It also just happened to happen at 4:15pm on a Friday, you know, when the resources are not available to a handle the situation. While Old National did make good and refund the money, no one cared to investigate the fraud. We did press charges but again no one really cares.

I wouldn’t recommend this bank they are totally unprofessional and does not protect their clients of fraud!!! they close my account for something I wasn’t aware of they didn’t send a letter or anything I had the fraud protection on my account and still someone was able to hack my account and also I have gotten weird texts messages Claiming they are old national bank I told them about these texts and still nothing had happen my account was closed for something they should of been protecting me from they didn’t try to work with me or anything I couldn’t even open a new account also it’s hard to get someone on the phone and the lines are extremely long DO NOT BANK WITH THEM RUN WHILE YOU CAN!!!!
