I stopped by to set up an account, after hearing such great things from my sister who already banks here. She told me to ensure I asked for the same young lady who had gotten her account setup. This would be Sierra Adams. She was so friendly, personable, kind, and most importantly patient and respectful. She walked me through all of the perks of banking here, from start to finish. All of my questions and concerns were met with reassuring answers to let me know that I am entrusting the right company with my financials. We discussed credit, home ownership, checking, savings, car loan options, you name it! I have since referred several co-workers over from my place of employment, so that they’re able to enjoy the same benefits. Sierra was the sole reason for my interest in switching from BMO and I hope others see this review and do the same. Thanks so much, Sierra.

Sierra is the best branch manager ever ! She was very sweet, helpful and I had a very informational appointment as well. She answered all my questions and she was even nice to my baby. 5 stars, would definitely refer her to friends/family.

The Banker who helped me, Andrea Arnold, was excellent in helping me and very understanding of my situation. I was a victim of fraud. The Banker was very professional in performing her duties in regards to that situation. She kindly explained to me how these situations can occur and gave advice as to what to look for in the future, in order to avoid any reoccurrences. Andrea's services were greatly appreciated.
