The employees have always been friendly and patient with my family. A big shout out to Preshus Dixon. My elderly mother has been going through some difficult transitions. Preshus has been very helpful on the many occasions we have visited the bank. Her caring and professional attitude is commendable.

If I could give these theives no stars I would, you wanna bank here be sure to check your account multiple times a day... I just got an overdraft fee for a free checking account with no limits with $2.00 in my account.... They are a joke and theives!!! Would expect more for a division... The ignorance and arrogance going on over there is straight up a joke!!! If it wasn't for a slight few that work there I swear the place would be closed down and boarded up.... Thank you slight few!!!

I have banked here for almost a year. Location is close to home. Have had three debit cards get hacked. Terrible customer service. Someone told my wife I could pick up new debit card after being hacked, at main bank. I drove there and was told she has to pick it up herself, I can't pick it up. We are both on account but they made my wife come there to main bank not close to home to pick it up. One person says one thing then they do something else. I am already switching to another local bank and hope this bank fails. DO NOT BANK HERE OR YOU WILL BE HAVING ISSUES REGULARLY. THE ATMS ARE NOT WORKING MORE THAN THEY ARE WORKING. ALWAYS SOMETHING FIND YOURSELF ANOTHER BANK.

I've been with the first national bank of Illinois since I was a junior saver they always have your best interest at heart. Among all other banks they have taken the safest approach to tackling Covid 19 they deserve more than 5 stars!

Great Bank! Everyone is friendly and helpful. I've been a customer since 1980. Checking, savings, business loan's and lines of credit, never had a problem. It's nice doing business where you are appreciated.

VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF! I am an African American women who was raised in a household where if you are applying for a job not inly do you apply but you go to the business that you are applying to and show your face and give your resume in person. I walked into the bank and the first person i saw (a male) made direct eye contact with me and did not greet me I had to greet him. Then, I explained to him that I was there to speak to the branch manager and give her my resu

Staff was super rude to me about my grandmother's account when it was something an employee did wrong, and not me. Didn't get so much as a sorry before they threw down what I needed on the desk and walked away to complain within earshot. Classy. Glad it's not my bank, at least.

My first time actually going to this location. There was no sign in sheet. I looked around thoroughly everyone seemed busy so I asked another customer and she directed me to a young lady toward the front. As I approached her I could see she was with a customer so I stood back as not to be intrusive. I waited, never a can I help you or acknowledgement of any kind. More and more people are entering so I said excuse me I don't mean to interrupt and before I could finish she looked up at me with the NASTIEST LOOK! It was a very good day for her because I didn't react. I went on with my question and she said just have a seat. So I walked over to the door and a young man looked at me and said hello have you been helped? I said no. He said pleasantly come on over. He wasn't very chatty or smiley but he was efficient.I didn't like that he placed my ID on the desk instead of my hand since I handed it to him, but he did hand me my other cards so I don't think it was intentional.

This "Wintrust" company has a VA Fiduciary that manages finances for Veterans who are Not Financially responsible. My uncle's Veterans disability payments are managed by this bank, while not financially responsible he was able to live in his own Apartment and drive his own car. The Fiduciary moved him into a Nursing home & told him to get rid of his car and since being in that environment he has been depressed, refuses grooming and tries to leave Everyday to get away from being around 'sick/ill' people everyday. He was doing fine until they took everything away from him, supposedly to help him save money. They receive a "percentage" of his Veteran's Disability payments for managing his money, they are profiting while his life is now Destructing after uprooting him from his home and now they completely Ignore his calls. This is how they thank a Minority Veteran for serving his country.
