Last week I purchased a Toyota Camry from this dealer at Palos Hills, IL.
I am very happy with my experience there. They made the buying process very easy and quick with all the documents etc.,
Especially Mr. Ahmed was very helpful in showing me the best car that suits my budget. He was very friendly and professional. He gave me all the information about the car and the paper work. The car is in excellent condition. I feel happy and satisfied with this purchase. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a car. They have every make and model to choose from depending on your budget.

There is nothing better than a trusting dealership “Guaranteed Motor Vehicles”. Zack, Ahmed are the people that made my buying (financing ) experience absolutely awesome. Answered every call and found solutions to all the questions and issues that I have had. The car was shipped and arrived as It was described , so if you have had a doubts about buying a vehicle here — NOT ANYMORE!

SCAMMERS!!!!⚠️⚠️⚠️ Would not give me my 2000 dollars back until THREATED to bring my lawyers. Took me 2 weeks for me to get my money back. When I didn't even sign anything!! Please check the carfax on these cars most of them are damaged!! Never PAY ANYTHING IF YOU DONT SIGN!!!!!!!!!! They want fast sells and won't tell you all the hidden"fees" they have. They may offer you "limited time deals" just to sell. They want you to leave with ANY CAR! And are really insistent on selling you a car you already declined. Will bring our cars you didnt ask for and pressure you. And If you change your mind they want you to pay 20% of the car your interested in. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!! ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

We found a Nissan Armada Guarantee Motors advertised on FB Market place. The description was full of information on car's options, but vague on details like damage, brake condition, tire life, etc. My wife sent Guarantee Motors a message in late May that we were going to drive from Mid-Michigan (~5 hours) to their dealership in Chicago on Saturday 8 June to see the car, drive it, and hopefully purchase it. We were about 2 hours away from Chicago when the dealership called and said the car wasn't actually there, it was in the body shop to repair damage to the hood, front fascia, and front bumper. We asked why the damage wasn't listed in the advertisement and they said it's visible in the photos. They told us the damage wouldn't be noticeable after the body work & the rest of the car is immaculate w/ new tires & 50%+ brakes. Since we were almost to Chicago, we continued to the dealership to look for a different vehicle. The people at the dealership were nice, but pushy, aggressive, & employed every seedy & gimmicky car salesman trick you've ever read or heard about. The finance manager offered to reduce the price $700 & free delivery to Michigan to compensate for driving 5 hs w/o telling us the car was in the shop if we purchased it then w/o seeing it. They promised the car would be in "perfect" condition when we get it. To make the decision more insufferable, we got sequestered by the finance manager for another 2 hrs pleading & pressuring us to finance through them, buy GAP insurance & a $3500 extended warranty. After 4 unbearable hours in that house of horrors we were finally done....and now the good part.
2 weeks later, a driver for Guarantee Motors trucked the Armada to a local delivery point where we lived, and a local driver drove the vehicle to our house. The driver handed my wife the key and said, "that vehicle is sketchy, I wouldn't let my wife drive that car". My wife's heart sank when she realized she got swindled. The car was delivered with:
1 key fob, missing floor mats, horrible paint chips across the hood/bumper/fascia, 3 different kinds of tires with less than 10% tread life (the front driver-side tire had 2 plugs & 2 screws sticking out), it pulled so hard left you couldn't drive past 35 mph without veering off the road, broken passenger side mirror assembly, the brakes were shot (had to mash pedal to the floor to stop), missing & broken windshield trim, and 3 malfunction lights in the dash: front/rear collision warning system, passing sensor system, and pedestrian cross-walk warning system.
We called the dealership and left msgs we do not accep the car and come get it. No one returned our calls for wks. After a week, I called and said I needed to "make a pymnt for a new car" and magically got the sales manager MJ to pick-up. I told MJ the situation and he said they would get the car and return our money but asked us to first take it to a local Nissan dealer to get an inspection and diagnostic checkout of the car and offered to pay the $180 dealer diagnostic fee. He gave us his personal email and asked us to send him the report. We agreed and dropped off the Armada at Garber Nissan the next day. 14-days later, the dealer emailed the inspection: replace 4 tires ($1500); replace brake pads, calipers, and rotors ($1800); full car alignment ($379); replace passenger side mirror ($2000), oil change ($110), and then take to a 3rd party glass company to replace the front windshield ($800). Spent 2+wks calling Guarantee Motors, leaving messages, and sending emails with the estimate and no one responded. By late-July the GM David answered, and he said he can't pay for the repairs and would either pick-up the car, fix it, bring it back; OR we could pick a different vehicle and do a swap. We decided to pick a different Armada on their site & were prepared to pay the $7800 difference in the sales price/taxes, but David said we had to p
