This location deserves 0 stars, the front desk girl & tax preparer's are rude & very unprofessional. They turned me away after I had made an apt showed up on time to tell me they didn’t have an apt for me in there system no accommodations were made. I will never do business w this location let alone entity again. Do not waste your time & they seem to always make mistakes on returns

I've gone to this place for the past 2 years...so I myst like this place...They are polite and profesional. I get greeted and questioned upon arrival. The past 2 years I thought I had the right documentation for my property taxes and they've worked with me to get them without making me feel silly. They were also accommodating when getting our signatures due to my wife and I having weird schedules. They are great.

I have been a customer of H and R block for 30 years and will not be returning after the experience we had this year . Our tax preparer was unprofessional, crass and had no customer service skills . We waited for 40 minutes after our appointment time , she pulled up some else’s taxes and was starting ours until I told her . She was not present or focused which made us both uncomfortable. She told us we were missing a form which we had and she didn’t listen when my husband explained the name had changed . We returned a week later with the same form to have taxes completed. During that time , she made some off the wall comment that they have fairies that come in and do things with the tax return! She would not take no for an answer about scheduling an appt for next year when we already knew we would never return.I completed sent survey the next morning and rec’d a call from some district manager who stated she would like to give us some money off on our return fee but she wasn’t sure how and that the return was kicked back due to an error. She said she would call me back and never did . She didn’t seem to like it when I didn’t want to schedule for next year with a different preparer. I’m so disappointed in the lack of value and customer service for long time clients. Do yourself a huge favor and don’t go to this location. Look for professionalism and customer service elsewhere. You will not find it here.
