The crew was very friendly and helpful. I used a Groupon for the first time and I didn't understand how it actually worked,the guy that worked there was polite and explained how it worked. I got an oil change that was performed rather quickly. They got me in and out.

The staff was incredibly courteous and accommodating. Worth noting, they explain to you what you are paying for and why you would pay. I was better educated on the maintenance needs of my vehicle. I was spoken to with respect and decided to make this my new spot. Thank you guys.

i went to this jiffy lube yesterday morning to get my fluids checked. they changed my oil, antifreeze, coolant, and told me they checked my transmission fluid and that it was “good”. keep in mind they charged me $120 for this. then when i was driving on the highway later on that day, my engine started smoking and i had to pull over. when i looked at my receipt from that morning, it said everything i expected. except at the bottom it said “transmission leak”. now i’ll admit i should’ve looked at the paper. but they verbally told me everything was fine, so i feel mislead and uninformed. now i have to stress about further repairs because they never told me. i’m very upset and i want to speak to someone

I use the coupon to save me. Money. for $39.
It included tire rotation or gel for the windows. I refused both. I didn’t need it. I was just trying to save money on the oil but instead she still snuck in the $24.99 for the window gel even though I didn’t take it so she could still. Charge me $10. I thought it was very deceptive. I was just using a coupon and she said it was Tax. I read the receipt after I drove away unbelievable. I won’t go there again and I was gonna do the $200 $250 transmission change and everything not now Just for $10 loss
