Had my suit dry cleaned. I asked for no crease on the pants. It was documented and placed on receipt. Well I pick up my suit and the pants are so creased they could stand up on their own.
Suit was dry cleaned well though.

Very polite over the phone and in person. I was able to get same day service. His outfit went from having stains on it that we thought wouldn’t come out. Lansing cleaners got all the stains and it looks brand new. Thank you
