Very polite over the phone and in person. I was able to get same day service. His outfit went from having stains on it that we thought wouldn’t come out. Lansing cleaners got all the stains and it looks brand new. Thank you

I would do a zero star if I could! I had four very expensive curtain panels hemmed by this cleaners and when I received the curtains back all four were different lengths none of the length I had asked for and two of were crooked! I don’t know how hard it is to cut the fabric/hem the curtain per the request that is on the order sheet! I will not be returning. Stay away!

So, I've always known there was a reason why I would pass this particular cleaners up. My parents, being older, sometimes find it hard to change, but have become disgruntled with the outrageous prices of Lansing Cleaners. Nevertheless, they encouraged me to try Lansing Cleaners for a plain dress. No sequins, no beads, no embroidery. In fact, the material is made out of polyester. Literally. My request? Press it. The owner had the unmitigated audacity to let $175.00 come out of her mouth. Rest assured, while the dress is going to be used for a wedding, trust me, it is not a dress that requires a $175.00 pressing. I certainly won't pull the race card because there definitely wasn't egregious behavior displayed between either of us...but if you're a person of color, you can feel when "something isn't right." Again, nothing egregious took place. I must report the truth. However, this dry cleaners is certainly one that doesn't deserve a second chance; the owner's inability to effectively articulate the actual process that would warrant $175.00 pressing wasn't shocking.
As a resident reporter, these types of business owners really need to be looked at from a different angle. It's certainly worth talking about.

Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because my order wasn't ready when they said it would be & I had to come back another day. Other than that minor inconvenience 10/10 they did a phenomenal job getting the stains out my hoodie & jeans

Extremely expensive! Nearly $200 to have a dress hemmed and steamed. I about fell over when she told me the price. I would've taken it to another location however time was an issue.If you need alterations, take your business elsewhere. They wouldn't even accept a coupon to try and help cut the cost down. Had I know I was basically going to have my wallet robbed by them, I would've never gone there.

Unfortunately Lansing leaders could not help us. We had runners or rugs and they wanted $80 each. I found another company in Lansing. They did all three for 120 and they came out to the house. Very good customer service.

Overpriced and the customer service is lacking. My order wasn't ready by the date they gave. I had a repair as well. It wasn't ready and I had to come back for it. I was told they'd call me and they didn't.
