I've called this office five times within the last month asking them to email me my Son prescription and they have yet to do so every time I call they tell me they're gonna email me. I never get an email.

Unfortunately, I will not be returning. It seems like they do not clean often. Aside from the clumps of dust, there was also an eye lash on one of the machines. The worker was wiping it with a tiny alcohol pad and just moving the eye lash around. Sorry, but I dont want to come out of an eye dr appointment with an infection I didn't have.

Today was my actual appointment and first office visit for my eye exam and I WAS BLOWN AWAY WITH THE OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! I arrived ten minutes early and I was greeted with a smile by Michelle who was very courteous and thorough and took me right to the back to Alexis whom also has a pleasant demeanor while getting my eye measurements and by the time she finished Dr. Kaz Kaz was there to greet me with her warm smile and her expertise was PHENOMENAL!!! Then after finishing up with the doctor I sat with Joe who handled the ordering of my frame and he was just a JEWEL!! I’m telling you my appointment was for 9:40am and I was back home by 10:27am!! I have never seen such professionalism and relatability in my LIFE, so if you want a great experience while getting your eyes checked, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE visit EyeMed Lansing and you won’t be disappointed!😀

This was first visit. From reception to picking out frames everything was excellent.

Dr Yasmeen is wonderful doctor. She could care of my 3 children recently.And now I have appointment with her on my eyes. I give her and staff 10 stars.

Made online appointments last week for me and three children. Get a call today 3 days before appointments that per policy it's only two members can be seen at a time. Reschedule my other two children for 2 weeks later. On the website does not say how many members of family can be seen at clinic at one visit. I scheduled everyone at the time allotted don't understand what the issue is.
Very unprofessional as a clinic to run a business and say only limited to two family members per visit. When I correctly scheduled everyone at times slots available.
