This morning has been exceptional. I was taken in my Ramero in the service department. He made the experience great! He was professional, friendly (which I truly appreciate) I can even say he went above and beyond as far as satisfaction. The car was inspected and there was a video to accompany. Any further questions I had were patiently and politely answered. Great service is to be appreciated and they have it here at Napleton!

BUYERS BEWARE I made an appointment to look at a truck 2 days ago they called me multiple times today confirming my appointment. My salesman Jesus called me 30 minutes prior to my appointment confirming the vehicle and said it would be waiting for me. Once I arrived the place is empty and he was the only sales person there. He was working with customers and I went outside to look at the truck they said was the one i was inquiring about. It wasn’t the truck at all. Once I go inside he tells me the vehicle was sold. A vehicle doesn’t get sold in 30 minutes . This place is a scam to get you in the door. I have always heard negative things about the Napleton’s but this was my first personal experience and it was aweful just like I was warned. Do not waste your time here. The vehicle that was comparable was all beat up and filthy with trash inside. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. Had the nerve to talk back to me as well.

Kim provided exceptional service as my repair adviser. She was professional, knowledgeable, and completely transparent about the repairs needed on my Jeep. Throughout the entire process, Kim kept me well-informed, making everything clear and stress-free. She also went above and beyond by promptly ordering and programming a spare key for me. Kim truly is at the top of her game if you need vehicle repairs, I highly recommend working with her.

I took my Wrangler in for a follow up appt to fix my auto start/stop system and my advisor Brandon was the best! You know how sometime (I feel because you’re a woman) men don’t hear you or try to sell stuff you don’t need.. NOT Brandon! He listened to my concerns and assured me he had my best interest. He told me what I needed and found a battery at a price I couldn’t complain about AND he took it for a test drive to make sure everything worked as promised. Thank you Brandon and Denise for hearing me.
