Had a terrible service I wanted my battery to be test and the guy. Didn’t want to do it
He start telling me that’s what I get for buying the cheapest one.they I notice he was drunk or on something. He felt to sleep while connecting my battery to the charger. I ask the other guy working there. How can you guys. Allow to be working in this conditions He said. I don’t know I’m not the manager. At the end the guy was really nice. I think he realizes what he was doing

Years ago I met a man named Scooter at O'Reilly's Auto Parts in Lansing. He impressed me with his warm welcome, professional expertise, and can-do attitude! He was like a breath of fresh air in the auto retail business. Since that day, I have returned time and time again only to receive the same outstanding customer service, singing his praise to my family and friends. On my most recent shopping visit, there was a little lady sitting on a chair, whose car had overheated. Scooter called a tow truck for her and was taking care of her until they arrived. She was telling me what I already knew, that he is a wonderful human being and amazing representative of O'Reilly's Auto Parts! I've never before left a message like this, and it is long overdue. BEST PLACE IN TOWN! Thank you, Scooter, whom I now call friend.

Great local place with a helpful staff and decent prices. The thing that always strikes me about this place is just how friendly the staff are. They actually seem to want to help you and that's a rare treat.One of the employees, Richard, offered to help me put my windshield wipers on when it was super cold out. I actually had to tell him a couple times that I got it and I didn't want him to go out and freeze if he didn't have to.Highly recommended
