I purchased my SUV from Phillips in 2014.I have maintained my recommended repairs (all done at Phillips on Torrence) and I have developed a working relationship with Rich. Rich is an excellent and wise service person. I believe that he knows my truck. He knows the history of service because I ask for him and/or request appointments with him for everything. He explains the work to be performed in a way that I can understand. He doesn't rush you or the job. The quality of care is what keeps me going back. His quotes of time and repair costs are consistent and fair.Rich is an extremely nice person who cares about the client and excellent worked performed.Thanks Rich.Kathleen

Michael S. at the Lansing location was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I felt he answered my questions and did not pressure or rush us. I do feel we got a great deal on our Malibu. I would recommend him!

Richard in service was absolutely amazing in delivering the perfect experience for me. He was very thorough and explained every step of the way. He made just I had an understanding of every test, every problem, and every solution. He went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my car back by dinner time, and even helped me to make the repair a little more affordable. I truly appreciated him.

I had a great experience at Philips. From the time I got there till the moment I left! The service guys Chris and Manny were very welcoming. I was just getting an oil change but Marisol Morales came up to me and asked about getting an appraisal and the whole experience was enjoyable and I feel more knowledgeable on my own car. I look forward to going back!

I had a great experience at this dealership. I just walked in just to see if I could trade my vehicle in, and with the help of Daniel Hernandez, I was able to get a brand new vehicle!! But only that, they worked with my budget, the whole sales team was great. ? I do recommend this Chevy dealership to others.

I came up here with my godson and his mom (my friend) while he purchases his new vehicle, and I will say as a guest just hanging around. I had the best time here at the Phillips Chevrolet dealership. Big shoutout too Eric Pickett, Nathan Lindberg, Michael Dalton, Mirasol, Morales, Philip Derkacy, Mr. Ryan Gates, and Mr. Paul A. Bellisaro for the pleasant and professional shown. I would definitely come back here when I’m in the position to purchase a vehicle. I will definitely purchase it from Phillip Chevrolet, and I definitely recommend any and everyone who is looking for a vehicle coming new year 2024 to come to Phillips Chevrolet. My recommendation. Went in for oil change and to address squealing brakes on Saturday, 11/25. Was informed what the issue was and told advisor I wanted to fix whatever needed fixing and paid for it. The following day my brakes were still squealing. Called the dealership on Monday, 11/27 but was told no one in Service was available and I should expect a call the next day. I did get a call from Asst Mgr Vera on 11/28 saying she would have the advisor who assisted me but he has not called as of 9am on 11/29. I’m really disappointed in my experience as I’ve being doing to the dealership for service for 10+ years and nothing like this has ever happened.

My experience was nice and quick!! Donna Lee is the best car sales woman I have ever had. She was pleasant and confident in what she does. She also kept me calm and made sure I didn’t worry. The employees here were so friendly and outgoing. Ms. Marisol Morales has been a godsend, helping to ensure I was able to get a great vehicle and making sure we understood everything and that we were comfortable.
