If I could leave 0 stars I would so my son had an appointment for 1140 am on 06/22/2024 we arrived at 1143 upon entering the facility I was approached by a staff member who said we done for the you might as well turn around an walked off on me. Then I asked for the number to corporate from another staff member who told me to look on the wall which no number was present a basically forced me out stating they want to go home too.
I was shocked that someone in a position that serves the public will lack professionalism.
I should have been not able to schedule an appointment at 1140 if you were gonna close at 1141. Secondly don’t advise some In an email of a 15 min grace period if you not gone give it to them. I should have been approached better like with a greeting like welcome to quest how can I help you, I’m sorry we are done for the day but let me provide u with some options such as rescheduling or another location that may be open. This review will only be the beginning, I’m contacting corporate an I’m not letting up til they are reprimanded

This is my second visit to this location, and while all the staff is generally friendly and respectful, there's one technician who is downright rude and unfriendly. I doubt I'm the first to write about her. Perhaps she needs retraining in communication. Many people coming in for labs are nervous for various reasons, and the last thing they need is an impolite technician with poor personal skills. I was fortunate enough not to encounter her directly. I give 5 stars for the overall experience.

I always have the best experience at Quest... even if I have an appointment, if I'm there early and they can fit me in, I'm taken right away... the staff are friendly and professional and they work quickly to get patients in and out, but it never feels forced or rushed, just pure professional efficiency... the work they perform is accurate and I can usually see my results within 48 hours... and the app is very easy to navigate...
I recommend Quest to anyone who has one nearby that needs testing done...

The woman who took my blood was very rude and judegemental about me asking her to count before putting the needle in. I have trauma and a fear of blood and needles and i shouldnt have to explain that in order to get someone to comply to my request. Also I dont believe she did the full testing I needed as it didnt show up in my patient portal so I will most likely have to go back.
