They tried to play me on what I bought I wanted really bad to call the police but I didn’t they say they could roll the cameras back bc they didn’t have right to I started going off bc I know. Didn’t receive the item I bough and the employee tried to lie don’t go here unless u want to be scammed

I recommend everyone about Quick Trip Gas station to be a good place to shop whenever they are in town or passing by on the road.

Filthy lobby and food area, terrible costumer service, it's 100 semi trucks out here and none of the diesel pumps work. This is my seventh time here. It needs not to be a truck stop.

Cheap gas is the only plus, pumps slow, employees slow and screaming at each other, as well as extremely rude to customers. Went to check a mega ticket was told it was the wrong state, asked to buy a ticket for tomorrow was screamed at that I was told it's the wrong state. Also heard other customers treated very disrespectfully and were yelled at as well.

It was my 1st visit to this Lansing,IL location. I saw many fuel lanes with cones blocking them. Out of service. I waited 30min to reach the pump. The outside payment was easy to accept my comdata fuel card. The pump flowed extremely slow. Very frustrating. After fueling the system Failed to print the requested receipt. It made noise but was out of paper. Now i go inside for a receipt. Only to Wait in another slow moving line. 10min just to get a receipt. Total of 40+min just to get some Fuel. I was thinking of getting food and parking out back to eat. No deal because the Truck parking slots was mostly full of local bobtail trucks and cars ! The 2 stars is me giving a little credit towards the lower diesel prices. It was my 1st visit and probably will be my last.
