I came to Stanfa to have my breaks look at. I heard loud scrapping coming from my back breaks. When I arrived I interacted with Craig who was wonderful. After they checked my car I was told what the issues was and the best fix and solution. It was straight forward and honest. I of course went with their suggestion and the cost was very reasonable considering what all needed to be done to my rear brakes, drums, rotors. I was very happy with the service and the staff and will be going back for any future service.

My passenger side right tire was completely flat and STANFA was able to diagnose what was needed and within hours had ordered a new tire and replaced with new one within 4 hours of my first emergent call to them. I was a new customer stomer and I was amazed at the professionalism, competency and efficiency that was displayed by all employees. I highly recommend this high quality business.

Today, 8/22/2025, my wife drove to the site in Lansing, IL which is roughly a 1/4 mile from our home to get a tire patched. Unfortunately, in her dismay about the tire, she pulled up near a bay seeking help, instead of a marked parking spot. Well, Tom, who works the counter, decided his panties were in too much of a bunch to let this egregious act take place and displayed a very unpleasant and unprofessional attitude toward my wife. Because of this treatment, my wife called and informed me of the interaction. I've had her and my car serviced there a few times before, most recently for $3000 worth of strut work, and decided to go speak with Tom. I asked that he not be so disrespectful toward my wife, a paying customer, and to please be a little more customer focused. Well! Tom would have none of this! He basically accused my wife of lying on him, rushed from his chair in a petulant manner and demanded that the mechanic pull her car from the bay and requested that we leave without repairing the tire. There's an old saying about a hit dog hollering...well Tom hollered this morning. Attention! Customers like my wife and myself are what help keep these neighborhood businesses thriving. Disrespectful treatment will not be tolerated! Apologize for your mistake, and we can continue doing business. Act as if it never happened, and you will never see another penny of my money! Tom was having a bad Friday, now his employer has lost a customer! Shame on you Tom!

They were wonderful. Very friendly. I suddenly developed low tire pressure so on July 30th I drove my car there and they said they would look at it. A couple hours later I had a fixed tire and it was very reasonable. They are wonderful to work with.

Had a tire with a leak, took it there they found the leaks and replaced the tire with no problem. They handled the warrantee. Honest great shop to take your vehicle to for all your needs. Thanks Craig for everything.
