Needs a Zero Star.I didn't appreciate the lack of service I received in-store vs when I call into T-MOBILE. I have been with Tmobile since it was Sprint...and with them since Sprint was Primco. That's over 25 years!! I have about 6 different lines (more if you count the wifi packages for tablets) and I have the most expensive phone, the Samsung Fold. Which brings me to my complaint. The fold is known to have the screen protector wear out and start to seperate from the phone at the seam. I had it replaced once already. They have to provide a new phone considering the protector comes with the phone...and If I tried to replace it, it would violate the warranty. I found time to go in and tell them "hey the screen protector is becoming undone again...I had it replaced before and need to have it fixed again." Young lady takes it to another team member where I was denied. Mind you neither one of them looked me up in their system to see if I had insurance or to note the long standing and multi line customer I am. In the business of service, it should then click to just to say thanks for your service let me see what's going on here. Nope, instead they went into some fine print to redirect me to Samsung. I didn't give no fuss because I know she was wrong. I was in the same store that a previous employee helped me with the same known issue. I walked out and called T-Mobile in my cat.. 1st thing rep said was wow, you been with us for a long time and you have the top phone. I went on to explained to him my issue with the phone and that I was outside of the store where I was denied service. The rep said, no problem, we can take care of that for you...we will ship you a new phone to a store so you can do a data swap. The cost is $5. Same things a previous but cost was free before. Still $5 bucks not bad. I was notified phone was in so I went to the store again...."hey I'm here for a phone swap...I spoke with Tmobile and they sent a new phone here for my faulty screen protector " The person assisted me took my phone over the this same lady who may be the senior staff or ast mgr...and denied it. Even had the nerve to be irritated by my presence. "I told you before when you was in here the other day" talking from the other side of the room as the worker helping me told me "you need to come back so the mgr can approve" wait a second, you can take my $500 a month phone bill, and you can open and run a store with no store mgr but when Tmobile ships me a phone...I need a mgr to approve the swap. Left and called T-Mobile again...and they said they didn't understand why a mgr needed to approve anything. They should've let me swap my phone out. Now I'm frustrated because of the time wasted. I run a business and don't have time for the games and all the back and forth away from work. The rep told me I have a choice...either I can go get the phone sent to me or I can go to a Samsung dealer and have it fixed for a slightly higher price. UbreakIfix locations work..$20 to fix...but nobody has in stock. But there was my perfectly good phone at the Tmobile store. Whats even crazier is Im sure the worker told the mgr about the issues so they are aware...if not her...then the tech people should have. Everybody saw this shipment with my name on it and nobody called. The mgr didn't call to say I see your delivery has arrived will you be coming in. It would have open a conversation then. Terrible service. I won't go back. If I could cancel my service and tie it to that store as a loss in sales I would.

I went into this store to find out why my service was not operating correctly. There were only two employees and myself and other customers waiting to be helped. Finally someone came over and took our names tocall when available. The associate that finally helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful but it took way too long .

Branden is possibly the most refreshing example of professionalism, knowledge and especially patient with seniors, we need more customer care and support of his caliber and respect. I am very grateful to have had him there for me and other seniors. Give him a raise for work well done. A great rep. For T-mobile.

Not sure if all the customer service representatives at this location are like the one who attended us. But she was bad. I mean I don't if she was intentionally being the way she was at that time or was it that we were a special case just because we weren't Americans. But she was BAD. Very rude and demeaning behavior.My nephew was under a plan and wanted to know if he can upgrade to a phone. So ot was just a general inquiry we wanted to have. So went to this store. And the very first thing we were greeted in coming in the store was in ver harsh tone "how can I help you".Then my nephew asked his question and then she was replying to us in a way which was not very welcoming. Constantly interrupting the question he was asking. Making faces as though she was getting irritated by our presence and just making us feel like leave the premises.And then the nose bizarre thing happened. She asked my nephew his phone number and he started to say his phone number. After he said the first four digits of his number, the representative was like that's not your phone number. To which my nephew said no it's my number. To which she again said no this can't be your number. To which my nephew said I am telling you my number. It was getting confusing. Then intervened and said " let him finish his number. He is trying to give his complete phone number. He has given you first four digits of it, now he will give you the rest. " and then she said oh sorry I thought he was giving only 4 digits of his number.I don't know of she was in a hurry or didn't had breakfast in the morning since the store opened some time ago or I don't know what was the reason of her irritated behavior.But this was very bad. I want to say she was a racist and the way she was behaving seemed like it. Otherwise I don't see any other reason to why she was behaving specifically with us in that manner.VERY VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION.

Second time I have been to this store on Torrance. Was thinking about getting a new phone. But today I talked with Brandon. He took a picture of my ID. I was told that I had to get a different plan because the plan that I had from Sprint was not a plan from T Mobile. Wanted to do a trade in was told that my phone was worth $800 this time and $500 last time. Then I also have to put a $400 deposit down. So confused.That is with a trade in or not $400. HELP!!I need to understand T Mobiles. I need HELP!!

This location is THE BEST!Al is super helpful. He was attentive and knowledgeable about all the phones. He recommended some good things for my new iPhone. His manager Christina was pretty cool too. She was very bubbly and friendly. She jumped in to greet me and asked if everything went well. Definitely go to this location. T-Mobile has some gems here!

Trying to buy a phone but they won't tell you if they have it stock. I just asked if they have a certain color and gave me a whole lecture. I called 4 other tmobile and they were all nice to let me know they only had a certain color. I didn't need to drive all the way up there to find out. Stay away from this location. I've been here before and the waiting time is ridiculous.

The customer service at this location is HORRIBLE!! I’ve gone there on 3 different occasions and each time the experience has made me want to leave Tmobile. The workers have “I don’t care” attitudes about everything. They do not even attempt to problem solve with customers. Only reason I’ve gone there is because its near my house but never again.
