They gave us time to say our good-byes. Dr. Collard just made everything calm & peaceful.On a happier note, Dr. Collard was amazing on Simon's journey with diabetes. She explains why tests certain needed to be ran. She gave suggestions on how to help Simon with his diabetes. She never forced or tried to sell anything not needed. She really does love all her pets.Last, she's a Purdue grad! Boiler up! On a serious note, one of the best vet programs around!Thank you, for everything!”

“I have been going to Dr. Farrell since 2020 and she is such a knowledgeable, warm, down to earth vet who treats my kitties like her own. I had an issue with one of my cats and called around 11:00 to make an appointment. They were able to get me in the same day at 2:30. I just wanted to say how happy I was to have Kim & Dr. Tori’s help- they are both wonderful & really put my anxiety at ease by answering all my questions. They made sure that my cat was comfortable through the whole process (churus included), thoroughly examined him, and made sure he received the medical care he needed. Abby also helped get a tough blood draw very quickly without him even noticing (huge for him!). They treated him like he was their own and I can’t ask for more than that. “Our vet, Dr. John Shudell is fabulous. Spends time with you, listens to any concerns or questions. He's easy to talk too. Answers everything completely. He worked for the humane society for years and has a wide range of experience with animals and their health issues. When applicable, he offers lower cost, practical solutions, rather than jumping straight to the expensive alternatives. Our dog had tartar on her teeth and he recommended an over the counter teeth cleasing gel to eliminate it, rather than jumping straight to dental cleaning surgery, which other vets in the past have done. It's easier on the dog and less expensive, to hopefully avoid the need for surgery. Always recommends what's best for your pet. His love for animals shows in his handling of your pets and their response to him. After our vet retired, we were so lucky to have found him. Would definitely recommend him for the best care for your pets. We've been going here since they opened and couldn't be happier.”

“Look no further for a full service veterinary group in Chicago's south suburbs. The doctors, techs & other staff are knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. I especially like it when they offer to send diagnostic test results to specialists (& let me know the cost upfront). The doctors make sure I get called in a timely fashion with test results, even if it's by another doc in the clinic because of a day off. I don't know how the front desk people stay calm & helpful when screamed at by someone who has to be told the appointment schedule for the day is full & given information about urgent care & emergency vets in the area. But, hey, I've just been going there since 1979.”
