Waited a week for my prescription to be filled and when it was supposed to be ready they said they were out of stock, called to make sure they had it twice and even when they said they faxed it to another store they didn’t do that

I was in the hospital and before being discharged they wanted to make sure that my prescription would be ready because otherwise I would be at risk. I called and was told that they would not be able to fill my full prescription, I assumed I would have to just pick another Walgreens to send the prescription to. When I talked to my nurse, she said they might be able to do a partial fill, so when she called whoever she spoke to told my nurse that they had actually bagged my medication and had it in hand. I just went to go pick it up and they said that they were out of stock. I had asked why someone there would tell my nurse that they had my medication and all she would tell me was that they were out of stock. There was no offer of assistance any further, they were at least five people working behind the counter and no one offered to chime in to help give an explanation either. And me and my mom had to ask if they could call the other location down the street if they might have the medication.

I was only giving 3 stars because the lady at the pharmacy was nice and pleasant to talk to. The other two individuals were not so great the first lady I simply just asked, politely, "Excuse me, where is the restroom?" And she answered me as if I just ruined her day while pointing it's back there and walking away, not even wanting to engage. The next lady was the woman with the code, which I wasn't aware of this code needed to use the restroom. This lady walked right past me on the phone with such a nasty attitude, not even acknowledging if I am the one who asked to use the restroom so I just followed her assuming she was the person there to assist me, which she was because she just put in the code and pushed the bathroom door open ? saying "come on sir." This was horrible service. Now I see why nobody likes to visit this establishment. Thank you to the very few good service representatives there.

Came in thinking my prescription was ready turned it was for another location. The team at this pharmacy filled for me in less then ten minutes which I'm truly grateful for because I was on a time crunch.

understaffed, I don’t even understand why they still have a drive through when they don’t have enough staff to take care of the people that go into the store for medicine.

Worst pharmacy ever! The Africa lady the pharmacist need to be fired immediately! Very rude and disrespectful she wouldn't give me her name cause she know she will get fire for the things she said to me very disgusting me just calling about my grandmother medicine that she need she told me she need to buy it over the counter which is false you can not get the medicine that she need over the counter.

This Walgreens pharmacy is horrible. I had an appointment for my covid vaccine and they had one line for vaccines and prescriptions. Only one person was working the line and the person giving the vaccines also was working the drive thru window. I waited 1 hour before walking out without my vaccine. I understand they may have been frustrated, but when you work with the public your attitude need to be better. I will never go in this Walgreens again!!

I have NEVER seen a worse Walgreens EVER! On hold for over 15 minutes, to be hung up on. Got in car, dialed again, DROVE 24 minutes to get there, still on hold. Pulled up at pick up window where they FINALLY answered the phone..................then told me I probably didn't want the prescription since it was $100. Would you let a sick family member (or anyone) suffer for $100? I think not! Move your prescriptions!!

I've been going to this Walgreens for years, the technicians do a great job however they just changed Pharmacist and let me tell you I had major surgery and my anesthesia was wearing off the pharmacist would not fill my prescription for pain killers that my surgeon had prescribed, its like there's a language barrier, she actually started laughing when I explained how much pain I was in, I had to have the surgeon paged so he could talk to her about releasing my medication, but before that I spoke to the manager who appears to be from the same country as she is and he also started laughing they were talking among themselves and when I asked her name he the manager gave me a fake name she later gave ,e her real name. There very unprofessional please do not go to this Walgreens.

@Walgreens store #05127 located at 18133 S Torrence just lost my business. I drove out of my way to patronize this location, only to have a cashier with a nasty attitude intentionally not speak, refuse to greet me, and throw my items into the bag. Smh.

What can I say... it's like any other Walgreens. Came here for meds had to wait while they cleared drive through. Not great but got my prescription. They tend to have nice items on clearance... plus general Walgreenssales. I'm sure I'll be back .

The pharmacy is the issue! Wait times to drop and pick up are over 2 hrs long. The hours for the pharmacy are bad too. Years ago they were great. I have since moved on to Osco. No more than a 20 minute wait.
