The entire store from the cashiers to the pharmacy have the worst attitudes and today was no different. Cashiers refuse to call for help when the line is exceedingly long and is there ever a manager on duty? Whomever is the store manager should be replaced.

Andrea pharmacy technician is so very professional, helpful and knowledgeable about her job. She’s very polite and friendly and she goes above and beyond to help customers. Wow! She’s the Best!

I would give this place less than a star, I don’t usually write reviews but I was treated so poorly the the old Caucasian cashier, I had just gone across the street to Aldi and didn’t have a bag, and needed to also pick something up from Walgreens. I walked in and just asked the cashier for a bag just so it didn’t seem like I was walking around with items I didn’t pay for. The cashier rudely responded “we don’t just hand out bags to any person who walks in” at this point I replyed I’m sorry I don’t want a bag I’m buying something but didn’t know if I should just be walking around with items in my hand, I don’t want to seem like I’m stealing. The cashier rudely responded no we don’t just give out bags to anyone who walks in….. some other employee kindly stepped in saying sorry but don’t worry we know you didn’t buy those here don’t worry. When I was checking out I refused to checkout with her. The cashier was so incredibly rude I refuse to come back to this Walgreens and they have lost my business for good. If I didn’t need to buy items from here in a rush I would’ve walked out of here just with how I was treated by this racist lady. This is no way to treat someone especially if you work in customer service . Good riddance

I had a prescription filled and when I was setting up ,y prescription for the following day did I see where the drug expired 3 months ago. Called and there was no apology at all, no explanation as to how this medication is still on the shelf.

I came to the Walgreens at 3564 Ridge Road, Lansing IL on Tuesday 06/26/2023 and was treated very rudely and unprofessionally by the pharmacist Amanda ( who refused to give her last name ) and the store manager Shana Terrek. Shana Terreck admitted that she was not knowledgeable about the medications and useless.The pharmacist, Shana, was also unhelpful, had no customer service experience and would only refer to me as ma’am, instead of by professional name as a physician.This Walgreens store is in disarray with construction and a health and fire hazard.This Walgreens at 3564 Ridge Road, Lansing, IL should be closed during construction to prevent liabilities and harm.Also competant and qualified people should now be hired to service the public.

Walked in at 9:45 they said I had 2 minutes till closing. Signs say they close at 10. Customer service not great

The pharmacy here need to just close. Something is always done wrong. So tonite my prescription was ready but drive thru not working. It's always something.

The worst pharmacy in the area! Rude! Medicine is never ready even when they say it will be ready. Close before closing time and never open on time. When you do get a pharmacist they're clueless or not helpful. How unprofessional! Half a star actually.

If you live near Lansing, just go over the border to Munster or Highland to get your medicine.Not only will they not have it, but they will still call you and tell you they do. Three times this has happened to me.Same for flu shots. Made a appointment for a set time and was not given the shot until I had to leave as my lunch break was ending. What's the point of making an appointment if you're not going to do what the appointment is for? Why not just have walk-ins? OrEverytime I try to go in there, I realize anew that any chance of not being upset by their apathetic, cow-eyed staff is close to zero and curse my luck for not going to the Walgreens in Munster or any other CVS

I live in nearby IN. and this my closest Walgreens. It has really made a shift in customer service with these new techs. They do NOT care about your time or health concerns..I was told at 6pm to return shortly and my daughters prescription would be ready. Well here I am at 9pm and being told it is being processed, give them 15 minutes. I really miss quality employees. Earth has really changed since 2020.

Had a prescription for my daughter called in at 9:30 am. By 6 when they closed they said it was "still processing". In other words they hadn't filled it yet. Now my daughter gets to spend another night with an ear infection before we can begin to treat it. These people never seem to have anything ready not have any idea what is going on in their own pharmacy.
