This has to be the slowest pharmacy ever! When ever I pick up my medicine through the drive thur there is ALWAYS a 30 min wait time. This last pick up will be my last. I'm transferring my prescription somewhere else.

The wait time for pharmacy drive thru is absolutely ridiculous! This vehicle has been sitting at the window for 20 minutes - my question is, why are people being allowed and made to sit at the pickup window for an extended period of time. If their prescription isn't ready why not have them wait "x" number of minutes then pull back around. Customers like myself whose prescriptions are "ready" should not have to wait while someone's order is being prepared. ...I finally get to the pickup window and no one's there, poor worker - from the looks of it, he is working both inside register AND the drive thru window - Walgreens should be ashamed. This place STAYS packed and with all of the revenue they bring in they can afford to hire more help, I've counted about 6 cars behind me, this is unacceptable. I will for sure be contacting my insurance and transferring my prescriptions to a different pharmacy ASAP!

The staff at this Walgreens location are always the most helpful and friendly! Herb the cashier working today is the best! I perfer to go to this Walgreens over other Walgreens because of the awesome staff!

Waited 20 minutes, got told that my prescription was able to be filled but to come back after 6 o’clock - went back the next day only to be told that the prescription wasn’t filled or able to be filled / ordered because they don’t carry that brand. Then when I tried to call to have the prescription sent to a new pharmacy, they kept me on hold for half an hour and hung up on me

The pharmacy is very unorganized and the staff acts confused each time you ask a question about your meds.

If I could give a 0 stars I would, the pharmacy technicians are very unprofessional , won't answer questions about medications or get the pharmacist to explain them. Definitely needs to be shut down.

Don't waste your time calling the pharmacy. I was on hold for 45 minutes. By the time I was next in the queue, someone put me on hold 3xs without saying a word and finally decided to hang up on me.

The store itself is fine but that Pharmacy! Plan on spending more time in line than you did at the Dr's office, maybe even twice as long. They seem to have no consideration for anyone's time. I hate this is the closest Pharmacy to me it's definitely not right.

There is nothing wrong with the main store, but the pharmacy! The pharmacy is ridiculous! They are so slow! I’ve waited in the drive thru for 45 mins. When I call to question about delayed prescriptions (too often lately) the wait time to say bellow has been at least 30 mins! It is so frustrating dealing with them!

Worst pharmacy ever! The Africa lady the pharmacist need to be fired immediately! Very rude and disrespectful she wouldn't give me her name cause she know she will get fire for the things she said to me very disgusting me just calling about my grandmother medicine that she need she told me she need to buy it over the counter which is false you can not get the medicine that she need over the counter.

Worst pharmacy around. When will they be held accountable for their terrible work. Very rude as well. I placed my order online a day in advance. Go in and stand in line for 30 minutes just to be told they didn't fill it but they can fill it after 7. So I come back at 8 for her to tell me it still wouldn't be ready for another 40 minutes so I told her I didn't live out there and it is only 30 pills 1 prescription I don't understand and she pretty much said sorry and walked away from the Mic. because I was in the drive-through at that time. So I Call to see what time They close and she told me 9. When they close at 5. It may say that on the website but I personally called and asked. So I called the store manager and decided to make a complaint even though he said there's nothing he could do and he pretty much blew me off I ask him what time does the pharmacy open and he told me 7 Am i get there before my work shift at 8:30 to find out they open at 9am I have been without my meds now for 3 days and I have to go into work feeling sick.This should not be OK somebody should be held accountable for the long wait times the lack of respect when your order isn't filled they just don't care and they are so untouchable because they obviously still continue to work under a 1.7 star rating Obviously corporate does not care about what this pharmacy does But I will definitely be moving my prescription to a new location I will probably never be back to this Walgreens agan i'm sure a lot of people who have reviewed this have already done the same.

Customer service sucks. Staff is rude and uneducated. Accuracy sucks. I witnessed a Customer bringing back someone else's prescription. They are extremely slow and you cannot reach them on the phone. My daughter antibiotic is still not ready I. 2 days. They gave no follow through with anything.

You think, okay, there's two of the Walgreens and the one on Ridge is awful, so let me go to the one on Torrence.You'd be wrong and subjected to an experience that is somehow even worse than the one on Torrence.The whole experience is unpleasant, from the dingy floors to the uneven lighting to the broken and tired looking employees who are probably too overworked to help anyone.Mainly go for prescriptions and it's a nightmare. Used to be able to go and get them on my lunch break in 10 minutes, but now it's likely that a quick trip to get my medicine is now going to consume the full hour of my lunch.Get your medicine elsewhere, or even online. My insurance doesn't cover that so I have to keep coming into this timesuck

Awful customer service! Tried to fill my daughter's prescription 7 hours ago still getting the run around. Spoke to one woman that doesn't understand English the other lied and said she was going to fill it....still waiting....better to go to Ridge and Wentworth!
