The wait time in this place is ridiculous. The vision manager Victoria doesn't know how to multi-task. She gossips more than she does working. Like, do more work than talking. Ijs.

Dr. Haddad is truly the best there is! He cares about each and every patient! The exams are done throughly and diligently. His office runs so efficiently. It is also very convenient that he takes walk-ins every day! Will come again!

I was charged for my contact lens fitting, which is covered under my insurance. They never answer the phone, it just rings...my RX is wrong, constant headaches. I went here because I couldn't get in to my regular Dr, and needed new contacts ASAP. Unsatisfied Customer.

Took my insurance card to make the appointment. When I arrived for the appointment, they told me they don't take my insurance. Wasted a trip. What was the point of looking at my insurance card while making the appointment. Had the nerve to tell me I could pay out of pocket. Why would I pay when I have insurance? Totally incompetent. Avoid at all costs.

Going there in person I never have any issues, but I’ve been put on hold 2 separate times and had to wait over 30 minutes each time I’ve been on hold. Whoever this lady is that you guys have waiting by the phone needs to be retrained or something, because the second I call back she answers immediately, I ask the SAME question and I’m put on hold again.

Staff is very ghetto and unprofessional..its sad that ignorant individuals get professional positions it's just sad, and I'm speaking of the employees in the eye care center here, what a mess.
