Worst location. Its 6 pm on a Sunday and they had no cashiers available. There were plenty of employees standing around and as a manager Sheryl should've opened up to get the people with the large carts. I had to checkout my $300 order on my own. I don't get paid to work here. Never coming back. I see customer service is not a priority here.

This is the worst Walmart that I've every been too. I've been here twice and each time there are never any shopping carts in the store , they are all outside, when you ask the employee standing at the door about the shopping cart, you are told that you must go outside to get one. I have tried twice to support this Walmart but the people in the store are very rude, and look at you like you are crazy if you ask for assistance. Shelves are aways empty and the only check out they have is self check out and lines are horrible, it seems like a new manager is needed here. I tried twice, no more . If you want to have a bad shopping experience, go here, if not stay away.

I shopped here on Friday January 14, 2021 at 10 am and to my absolute shock, there was only one register opened with a line of 9 people waiting. The customer in front of me asked a manger if she could open another lane and she said no due to being short staffed. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, another register opened up without anyone announcing it let alone offered those of us who had been waiting forever the opportunity to move over to the newly opened register! I have never experienced such terrible customer service. I would drive the extra 12 minutes across the boarder to the Walmart in Hammond , Indiana which provides wonderful customer service!

Dirtiest store I have ever walked into. Shelves not stocked and random items laying around. Almost anything costing more than 10 dollars is locked in a case. I went to the self check out and it said it required an employee ID. Obviously I understand certain items need to be checked by employees, but what I don't understand is how I had to stand there for 10 minutes and wait for someone to enter the ID. All the workers just stood around and ignored me. Finally, Cameron's jackass walked up and put the ID in after noticing us and still doing nothing. Don't waste your time, go to Homewood.

I can't believe this Walmart has 2.5 stars. This place is ghettooooo to the fullest level. It's like shopping at a junkyard!! I mean literally all their items are on the floor, no cashiers and not even workers to bring in the carts. I wouldn't trust buying anything that goes in your mouth from this place. The manager should be ashamed to get paid for operating a store like this. I wish I could take back the 1 star they force you to pick for reviews. I've been living in this area for 15 years and this store (even when it was down the street at first) has ALWAYS been horrible!!!!

Upon entering the store , there was no one to help. The young ladies was in the isles holding a conversation and not help. Looking for totes I came across totes that were marked down from $5.78 to $1. I was told to take it to customer service for help with the purchase. The young lady in customer service asked us to show her the ad. We went to the Walmart website and showed her that the totes were one dollar. She said ask Jeanette who was wearing the yellow vest for help. She said call Dave who I was told was the assistant store manager and he stated that he was busy and couldn't help. The young lady at the customer service counter stated that he was ignorant and always yelling about nothing and she stated that it was time for her to go home . She turned out the light and walked away no no result. This was tacky and I wouldn't shop there again . This is what they call POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST. SMH

I normally shop at Homewood Store and decided to give this store a try HUGE mistake, my wife has been waiting on a tax exempt form for half an hour and employees just keep walking away from her! Pawning her off to the next person (she's doing Halloween party for 4th graders) still waiting 30 min plus. I however decided to purchase a norelco face pro electric razor last week and I opened it couple days ago and realized there's no blade with it. Like WHAT????and I pitched my receipt. I decide to go to the razors to look for the replacement blades and scan the barcode for the blades and it says they have 3 on hand. I am standing by the prescription eyeglasses and ask them to page someone for me. I patiently proceed to wait for the better part of 15 minutes before I throw my hands up in the air and decide to look for someone. This place needs a complete and utter revamp of employees, employee said she didn't hear page. I think the whole store heard the page except you and just laziness and figuring someone else would handle it is your motto. Get out of customer service because you do not belong in a wonderful establishment like this (insert sarcasm)

People always wanna have a stick up their butt about the long lines but if you know that this is our busiest time go elsewhere or suck it up everyone will always have their reservations about different places but if you need what you need to come in get it and get out and see how your own experience is

No carts...again. This Wal-Mart is horrible! 9/28 Worst Walmart ever! I stood for more than half an hour in one of the two lanes open and decided to call customer service . The store was crowded with lines rounding corners and around a hundred people waiting in lines, self service and regular checkout. I decided to call customer service while waiting to speak with the manager who I've never seen. The person who answered told me that she did not know her managers name. She put me on hold for about 8 more minutes. She finally returned to the phone, and said his name is Nick but she didn't know his last name. Then she told me that they could have no more than three lanes open at a time. I have been to countless Walmart's and have seen more than three lanes open. So why is this a rule at this location? This would never be ok In other communities. I am so disgusted by the customer service and how disorganized and unclean this store is. This store is a disgrace and needs new management!!!!!!

The worst Walmart I've ever been to!! It doesn't matter what day you chose to shop here, there will ALWAYS be issues! Today the lines are ridiculously line.... mind you, they always tend to be long, but today it's worse. Six lines are closed (I am unsure why), and 2 cashiers just yelled "credit or debit only, and no produce". If I could give any advice, it would be to hire new leadership who can give guidance on better workflows.

This is the laziest Walmart ever!! Employees are just walking around and in the back. Literally there were 3 male employees working in one aisle and several female employees walking around and yet there are only 2 lines open with over 30 or more customers in both lines. They either need to shut this Walmart down or fire and re hire. Cause this is RIDICULOUS!!!

I like this Walmart because it's always organized. It's not like some Walmart's where you find stuff that people didn't want here and there. The best time to go to this Walmart is early in the morning it's less busy then. If not expect to wait in long lines and move around Sunday shoppers everyday.
