I called all the shops that do brakes in the area. Big boys quoted me the lowest price of $350. Most other shops wanted $375- $425. I made the appointment and repeated what the shop manager said the price was $350 with tax and labor. I went in at the appointment time and they made me wait 30 minutes before my car was pulled in for service. After service was complete the shop manager who quoted me the $350 price told me it would be $435. When I asked her why she quoted me $350 she claimed I was lying and that this was the standard price. Later on that day I had a friend call and ask how much total for a brake job on the same vehicle and she again quoted $350. Beware they are scamming you. I am filing consumer complaints immediately against this shop. This is highly illegal and more expensive than other shops in the area. They I intentionally quote you a lower price then the other shops in the area and then charge you more at check out and threaten to not return your keys if you do not pay the extra $85. Numerous shops in the area charge a lower price.

I brought all the parts for exhaust all I was ok 95 an hour labor prepared for 2 hours of course. But got socked 60$ for materials what ? A splash of sealant plus they did not have to saw off muffler was gone not happy bout the Xtra charge š

We had an incident on the highway going down the highway. thankfully we were able to limp our way to Big Boys. Fast turn around. Thanks again for getting us back up and running.

We were on a road trip headed to a funeral when we got a flat tire on I-80. We pulled off the interstate after putting on our spare and another mechanic near by recommended Big Boys. We pulled in, and they had us in and out within 15 minutes! They even put our spare and all the parts like the jack etc back away in the trunk. They did an amazing, fast, affordable job. It brightened up a bad day and I would truly recommend them to anyone!!

Sold me two used tires and they were both JUNK! One of the tires was loaded with broken belts so the whole car had a wobble and the other tire blew within 1,000 miles of purchasing. how can this place feel comfortable selling unreliable products? I wonder if it was something to do with my gender and I wasnāt accompanied by a man who would have been confident in communicating that the products sold were not suitable for anyone to be driving on. Wonāt ever catch me trying to get work done by this type of business or recommending it to anyone else who might need tire work handled, clearly thereās some sort of incentive to sell bad products to women who arenāt very knowledgeable about cars and arenāt willing to be aggressive about the quality of work that they completed.

Got a flat in the morning, changed it to the spare. Called Big Boys after a very defeating exhausting day. Went in after work, was in and out in 15 minutes, fixed my sensors, put my jack parts and spare away for me. I cannot be more grateful for these guys and the work they do. They are super helpful and kind. If you want great service without the run around, definitely call these guys šš½

I took my truck there to get my 3.5 rough country lift kit done.. They did a great job ...Looks super sick and drives excellent...Definitely will be going back, and so is my dad to get a leveling kit installed

This place wants nothing but your money. Took my car in to have a squealing noise coming from the suspension diagnosed so I could fix the issue. Charged me 45 bucks to tell me that they couldnāt hear any squealing but that I need new rotors and pads all the way around and thats what was causing the noise. Didnāt really make sense to me as I told them itās audible when coming and taking off from a stop. And of course they wouldnāt hear anything with the car being on the lift, thereās no weight on the suspension. I changed my pads and rotors myself, because they quoted a mighty $850 to have it done all the way around. Noise never went away after doing the brake job, so I called back to let them know that they did a faulty diagnosis. Told me I would have to pay another 45 dollars to have it looked at again, when they never diagnosed the correct issue the first time. Told me over the phone that it could be just the pads and rotors I put on, but how could brand new pads and rotors make the same noise as pads and rotors that were completely gone? Everything they tell me isnāt making any sense. This will be the last time I bring any of my vehicles to this money hungry shop, and I wouldnāt recommend anyone else to bring theirs here either.

This place is nothing but pocket gouging ppl, I took my car to have them look at the exhaust system and they charged me $45 just to look at it! Sad part is they only had it for like 10-15 mins Wow really! I will never take any of my vehicles to this place ever again!! I wouldn't even give them 1 star but unfortunately i have to put at least one star just to make a post! š”š”
