“I haven’t been on this program for years but this is the best food I believe you will ever get for your bodies overall health it almost no sugar’s unless they are naturally occurring and almost no sodium and are well balanced and great tasting meals that once you body becomes used to them will stop your cravings. And some even come with snacks. I lost a tremendous amount of weight and improved my overall health on this diet and I wasn’t hungry all day long.

“The staff were very nice and the drink were delicious, refreshing, cheap, and quite healthy. The whole building smells like fresh bread because of the next door sub shop. I would definitely recommend giving it a try. I got the blue raz tea (pictured below), which was $4 and really good, it reminds me of kool-aid.”
