I've been staying here for a while now, and I'm posting this under an account without my name on it because I'm terrified of retaliation from the owner. I can't move because of the never-ending cycle of paying for the room. If you stay here, you're basically paying luxury prices for a room that's been ghetto fixed for you to stay in. Gazebo is nearly falling apart, and they thought a poorly laid patio and planting a couple of trees would fix it. Don't count on the pool being open until 2 weeks after the town pool opens or when the owner just doesn't feel like opening it. Smoking rooms come with smoke alarms that are either off and unplugged or don't work at all. The "free wifi" they have is regular in home internet boxes. If you aren't close enough to the room with the internet boxes in it, don't count on wifi either. The owner doesn't do anything about animals getting dumped on property when people move out or even while staying here. Had to take it upon myself to make sure a few dumped pets ended up in good homes. (Dumping animals is animal abuse. Animal abuse is a felony in this state. Owner has descriptions of all animals living on property, so he has to be aware of who dumped the pets. He won't call ivar until the pet has been out there for weeks.)
Noteworthy details: Not really a good place to stay with kids. Bedbugs galore, but no cockroaches.

Only had Billy gram on all day a bullet hole in glass with blood still in it then tried overcharging our card. Never go and stay here.

Terrible place to stay with family. The room is full of bedbugs and we found some cockroaches running on one of the beds and the whole room has the smell of smoke. Don’t recommend staying here alone or with family.

Has its ups and downs. But at the end of a long week. Usually dependable. Clean. No bedbugs. No weirdness. Just sometimes doesn’t have a non smoking room available. For the staff and affordable price. Worth looking into. Nothing fancy. No am breakfast. But serves its purpose. Quiet. Safe area. No crime. It’s alright.

Not a bad spot very quite and the staff was great overall the place just needs more love then it's recieving it would also help if the people who stop there to rest treat it like home then destroy it more than what it is.

It's a very old motel but it has its quirks. Decent deal for the weekly price he charges. Staff is very responsive to any needs. It's not fancy but if you're a humble soul you'll find yourself feeling like you're at home.
