The manager is a complete jackass and extremely rude! Went in for my yearly upgrade and she was very annoyed by us just being there and was so rude it shocked me and my daughter how mad she seems. This is the third time dealing with this women and it's terrible. How she got a customer service job is beyond me. Don't go to this store. Go to terre haute or surrounding areas for good service. The gentlemen in there is great though I have to say. the managers last name was titsworth I believe not sure the first name.

Went in to just get some price options and see what I could save. Nick Harbin was amazing wasn’t pushy let me know all the information I needed. Very polite, if you go in there ask for Nick he will take amazing care of you. Very satisfied might make the switch when the time arrives.

A few weeks ago we went into the store to get a hotspot device. When we bought the device we was told the amount we would be charged each month. I checked my bill today and saw it was $600+. I went to AT&T to see why my bill was so much, and the same guy that sold us the device said it was for over use fees for the hotspot which he did not tell us about when we bought the device. He told me to call *SAVE and hopefully they could help us out, and he said he knew NOTHING about how they charge us $10 per 2GB overage. We was under the assumption that we just wouldn’t be able to use the device after the 40GB. I called the number and they would do nothing to help us. So now I’m stuck paying a $600 phone bill due to the fact of poor training for their employees.

Literally the worst cell phone store of all time, they are open when they feel like it- the employees are useless and beyond unintelligent. They are lazy, rude, and beyond disrespectful. All the money I spend and they couldn't bother to be open on a Monday or Tuesday without so much as a sign! In fact there sign said they'd return at noon!! An embarrassment to AT&T and as the first exposure our county has had to this company, everyone is turned off to at&t, good luck getting anyone to switch from Verizon to at&t when this store is your representative. I'd rather drive an hour to Terre Haute, Indiana then drive 5 minutes to this joke of a location.

May have taken 2 trips and a call to Samsung but the store the associate I spoke to was able to figure out what Samsung had not. So glad to have full use of my phone again! Thank you!
