“I will have to give Smith Sales a 5 stars. On memorial day we purchased a couch that we had delivered. It was on a Saturday and Sunday morning I had a rip in a cushion and come to find out it was down the arm as well. I called the store and the sales rep Chris was absolutely wonderful. It was no fault to anyone I think it was just a defect.I hadn't had it 24 hrs. Chris got us a complete replacement for it and had it delivered. Smith Sales have been wonderful to work with. I will be going back and have recommended them. Thank you.”
