I've been visiting Casey's regularly for the last four years. The staff is friendly and helpful, the food is delicious and made fresh in house throughout the day, and they have a wide selection of classic favorites and novelty/specialty items available for purchase. I also love the Casey's rewards app; I earn points with every purchase that I can redeem for cash to purchase anything (besides age restricted products) in the store, or I can get a discount on my gas!
This place is definitely my favorite in Leroy if I need a bite to eat, snacks for the kids, or a drink while I fuel up. I've even purchased a few gifts here for birthdays and Christmas. If you're in the area, Leroy Casey's is a wonderful, clean, welcoming place you just can't miss out on!
Dietary restrictions: There is a gluten-free pizza available, and the kitchen staff does their best to prevent cross-contamination. However, if you have a severe gluten allergy or intolerance, I personally would skip the food here. If you're avoiding gluten because of a preference though, that pizza is delicious and an excellent choice!
Parking: There are approximately twelve parking spots (not counting the spaces by the pumps or the EV charging stations), two of which are reserved for those with disabilities. All parking is right in front of the building and easily accessed no matter what your needs may be, and there are almost always spots available.
Kid-friendliness: Kids love Casey's! There are a lot of yummy food choices right at eye level for little ones. The kitchen offers a lot of classic kid choices like popcorn chicken, chicken tenders, and my personal favorite: potato cheese bites! Hard to describe, but a must have if you're in the area!
Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is located on ground level, without any steps or noticeable slopes. The doors are wide enough for comfortable wheelchair access, and most items in the store are low enough for a wheelchair user to browse comfortably. The staff is also very helpful and considerate, and they will gladly assist anyone with extra needs in finding what they're looking for.

Unfortunately this review will be similar to many others recently. We like to go to the drive in movies in Gibson City. Le Roy, an hour from where we live, is on the way. We typically order a pizza or 2 to bring with us to the drive in. An order was placed on the app for pickup in an hour. We arrive at this Casey's an hour later to pickup our food. Three kitchen crew members are present, an older woman and man, and a younger woman. The two older staff are arguing back and forth, yelling at one another. The younger woman is standing there quietly. After a while, the younger woman approaches and asks if I placed an order. I tell her yes, I placed a mobile order for 2 single topping pizzas. She proceeds to tell me it will be at least another 30 minutes and apologizes profusely. I told her it's no problem but I can't wait another 30 minutes as I had placed the order an hour ago and we were just driving through on our way to our destination. I ask her to cancel the order and she agreed to. The young woman was doing her best under the circumstances and I don't fault her at all. Management at this store needs to step in, retrain staff, and get the kitchen operational. I'm not sure if they were slammed with orders or the staff were just out of sync, but I only noticed one other family waiting for food while I was there.

Call to order a pizza on Monday and no one answers the phone, so ordered online and it wasn’t ready at the time it said it would be. This is a continuous issue at this location. After getting my pizza 1/2 was to have peppers and peppers were on almost the entire pizza, some slices had areas missing cheese and sauce, so it was just bubbled up crust. Sad because this was never an issue before the new store was built. DO BETTER!!!

I was in their a couple weeks ago.The person that you have cooking food is very rude and smells disgusting. I think their name was David.People should not have to be treated like that.He should be written up or fired for the way he talks to people.

We use the App to order pizza. We order pizza several times a year. The pizza is rarely ready at the time the app states. Not a problem. Stuff happens. We usually get half some toppings, half different toppings. We have yet to get a pizza made to our request on the first try.Tonight the pizza had not yet even been made when I went to pick it up. Again, Stuff happens However, I stood at the counter for 20 minutes and was never notified that my pizza was ready. When I asked about it, they pulled it off the top of the oven. It had been done for several minutes . The pizzas are great but the service ia abysmal

My hubby and I love to get the Casey's made "puppy chow" (my hubby jokes and calls it 'chow mein' lmfao) and our daughter loves the pizza. She says "Casyets pizza is GAS!" which is both hilarious and ironic becasue it is a gas station! Cant keep up with the kids lingo but I can keep up with the Casey's food ! Love it here!!!!

Classic Casey's, fantastic pizza, easy going large convenient selection of popular brands and plenty to treat a whole road trip. Large and easy to find spot, friendly staff too, gas is very low quality with the extra ethanol not to recommend filling German wheels. The rewards program is ideal and highly recommended.

I'm from out of town working and I Ordered a pizza threw doordash and couldn't find a Dasher for well over an hour so when I went to pick up my food and the staff was very helpful and sympathetic for my food sitting remade my pizza and sent me on my way very pleased with this location and their goal to satisfy a customer highly recommend if you're nearby p.s. great pizza
