You have only two types of staff working at this Loves. Very kind or ratchet; no in between.
I stopped in late morning/early afternoon (Sept 3/2025) and came around the corner heading to the bathroom when I heard one of your workers talking to another trucker using very vulgar language and not at all discreetly. Truckers don’t even drop that many F bombs.
Let’s just say this worker wasn’t one of the “very kind” ones I mentioned above.

AMAZING customer service from Breanna. She was very sweet and patient. The guy infront of me had only change. She said she doesn't mind at all and even with a line she kindly counted it out. The total was around six dollars. The place was clean as well.

One of the better loves out here! I'm telling you, they have all the condiments stock the fresh stuff that goes on the hot dogs and burgers and things of that nature. The restrooms and sparkling clean and there's a CSR running around making sure that they stay clean! The food is warm, the shelves are stuck, and the CSR so at the registers are Hospital! Basswood any other things in life there are some bad things like the parking lot smells like urine, and also the ice machine doesn't work for bagged ice but all in all this is one of the better loves that I stopped at including an Arby's that has fresh meat and a better than McDonald's breakfast!

A great place to fill up our RV but had to go somewhere else because several people were just parked eating in there car at the pumps and wouldn't move and the attendants weren't doing anything about it.

Super friendly employees at this love’s location. Clean restrooms and showers with hot running water. They have a Arby’s restaurant inside this truck stop location as well.
