If I could give ZERO stars, I would...I was looking to purchase a custom metal sign for my farm. After speaking with the owner, she let me know that she could make one but the cost of metal was high. She explained that if I wanted to have her make one, we'd have to do it soon as she was no longer going to be doing metalworks. After the back and forth for 2 days, I was sent an invoice for $329.61. When I went to pay the invoice, she had canceled it and informed me that: "Metal prices are good for that day only, which is why the invoice was due today. The money would have had to clear the square account in order for me to pick up metal tomorrow and that won't happen and I cannot make a special trip to pick up 1 sheet of metal next week. I explained on the phone we had to do this quickly as I was getting out of the metal business. All designs have to be finished by tomorrow, which I can't do since you didn't pay. I have a limited time to cut this weekend then all metal has to be cleaned and powder coat. I have sold my machine and they are coming to pick it up which is why I explained on the phone time was of the essence." While some of this was true, the whole I need your money tomorrow was not. I am not impressed at all with her, her shop, her customer service, or her in general. I will tell you that I found someone that will do the same design, same dimensions, and ship it from NY for FREE and it is only $250!!! I give this shop a 1/10. I do NOT recommend. The sad part is... she's a local to me shop. I try my best to shop local and this is the service I get. Shame on you!!
