“I will say, I still live here and until my place flooded; everything was fine. I hope they do right by me because I’m a great renter and I take good care of my place. I will do a follow up to let you know how long it takes for them to fix the damage. So far it’s been over a month. Well they took care of all of it, gave me new floors, new vanity, a toilet, and painted. I still live here and of course every unit has issues however I can say that they try their best to get here to get it taken care of as soon as possible. When it’s major I had to understand that they are actually on contractors time. However, I will say that Beverly is very sweet that’s in the office. The office manager is kind and the maintenance people are simply wonderful. The rent is getting kinda high. It goes up yearly however they try to put incentives in place to actually compensate you for the higher rent, even though I am not able to take advantage of it. I will say I will move when it gets to the limit that I feel that it’s not worth the rent. There are gonna be issues, but this company does try their best to get it taken care of in a timely manner. “Have lived here since October and have absolutely loved it. One bedroom but spacious where it counts and love the open concept kitchen and huge walk-in closet. If there is anything available it is well worth the price!”
