This morning I went there. There were no donuts made no breakfast food made at all . The ice machine does not work and has not been working the last few weeks, it’s a brand new machine. The coffee creamer dispenser had the wrong coffee creamer in its place, there is soaked soaked towels all over the countertops by the coffee machines with gnats flying around them.

Stopped on our way to I 64 to get gas and we were assaulted by a "regular customer". Pounding on our window screaming at us thar we were blocking the pump. Not true. Kept screaming at us so we pulled up. I went in to use restroom which was very dirty and he continued on with the berating me in the store.I used restroom and came out. He was back outside and I ask employees about him. I was told he was a regular. I said maybe he needs police called on him to which they replied now you are going to start with me. It w as unbelievable. I left and we didn't purchase fuel. We travel through there all the time and we will never use that place again. What terrible customer service.

I would like to commend the Lebanon, IL store on such a great management staff. It is with excitement that I visit this store DAILY, sometimes several times daily. Today I was witness to the management staff of Theresa and Steve hosting an employee appreciation luncheon for all the employees along with birthday celebration for a worker. How awesome is that to organize and dedicate their time off to say thanks and great job to the employees. Lets be honest, I am sure these employees and even management staff are not breaking the bank every week with their earnings, yet these leaders took the time, effort and their own finances to say thank you to the employees. I personally had given up on this particular Caseys until the birth of the new management and several quality employees. In closing, I would like to say thank you to Theresa and Steve for creating the excitement and gratitude for the employees today. I hope they continue this trend and it spreads to other Caseys stores. It is refreshing to see the employees get some recognition as opposed to it always being the customer. Without the employees, there would be no customers.. Thank you!

I got salmonella. Then when I tried to discuss the problem with the manager I got nothing but attitude. Insanely rude manager!!!!!!!!!! Temps are never checked. I also have found expired food on the shelves.

Restroom was gross. Look like the sink and toilet haven’t been cleaned in weeks. Toilet paper was not stocked and floor was dirty

Very very dirty! Bathroom had dirty paper towels over flowing on floor, totally out of hand soap. Reaked like urine. I thought because it was a caseys it would be nice guess I can't go by that! ?
