“I've always enjoyed my experiences at this branch and the staff who works here. Of course I always go inside because I'm not a lazy ass so I haven't experienced a robot voice. Plus I feel they should be safe during an ice storm and close the bank for the day, but i have a daughter and wouldn't want her to go to work. “The Carlyle Ave Branch in Belleville, IL. by far has the best customer service hands down! All of the tellers are very nice, very warm greeters when you go inside or the drive thru. Very professional. They always ask how I want my cash back.No one has a bad attitude. They always take the time out to courteously ask all of the customers how they are and how their day is going. We've been doing business with them for almost 20 years.”

“My boyfriend has a high yield savings account (which is awesome), and he just paid his loan off with them today. I am leaving this review as a customer service representative at another bank. I was just really impressed by Terri's and Tatiana's customer service! (I apologize if I spelled any names wrong). They were super kind, super friendly, and very helpful when we requested that the lien release be electronically delivered to him. Terri even recommended some places for us to look in regard to a new vehicle, and Tatiana talked to us about some of their products available to us without being super salesy. I appreciated that! “Doug is always awesome! He goes above and beyond to give incredible customer service. We normally go into Fairview at the actual branch. However; after our last experience I’ll be coming to the Walmart location from here on out. We’ve been banking with first community for over 4 years now and never given a card until our last visit at this location with Doug. This now will make our trips quicker and easier. It’s blew my mind no one has ever given us one before then. Highly recommended banking with them.”

“It is a rarity to have such a pleasant encounter with anyone nowadays. I got to the bank in the drive-through line 3 minutes before noon. The red lights were already on to close all lanes. There was one car in front of me. I decided to wait. When I got to the window, teller 2004 was so pleasant and Extremely kind. I apologized for my lateness, I actually thought they closed at one. He said that’s OK, I’ll take care of you. His demeanor was very kind, a very comforting beautiful smile on his face during the entire transaction. I ended up giving him a $10 Panera gift card I had in my car because I was so impressed With his high-quality character. Thank you teller 2004!!!!! I hope someone shows you this Google review.
