“After having researched several facilities, and using some that we ended up not liking, Alligator Self Storage was the best option for us. They are reasonably priced with excellent management. Great facilities if you’re in a bind or need extra storage space for a long period of time.”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
709 West Hanover Street, New Baden IL 62265
“This is the best woman I've ever ran across. She was more help and what she needed to be. It was more than just a service to her. The guy Joe down at the Alton's location. I have nothing nice to say about. Him when I broke down. And me and my brother almost died over a trailer on the back of my truck. He wouldn't help us at all on the phone. You just said it's not my problem. Based on it, you gotta get ahold of roadside assistance. You really didn't care that me and my brother almost died. My truck almost flipped over. Now I am having nightmares over this but I really want to thank Becky at this location.she is what I call customer service she helped me through everything. Now I am having nightmares over this but I really want to thank Becky at this location.”

“Love the after hours feature!!! I rented, used, and returned truck during the whole time the office was closed because I needed a 2 hour window for short distance!! eI would like to see U-Haul let the customer know if they have a problem to access the app for help or a call for further help with less of the upselling in the interim.”
