My exterior spigot was leaking so I went to to the Lamont Ace hardware and asked them what to do. They told me that I needed to take it apart. Bring it in and more than likely it was a washer. They were exactly correct. We got the right washer. Replaced it and now the spigot no longer leaks. They are awesome at working with each customer's problem in helping them find a solution. Whether it's a screw, a nut, new car keys, you name it, they have a solution for your problem. Thank you so much for your help.

Great hardware store with excellent customer service! The store has a great variety of anything you might need for your projects. Terrific barbeque section and even Bazooka Joe bubble gum!

“This location has the BEST customer service I’ve seen in a long time. I had my sump pump go out late last night. I called the store, and I apologize, but I don’t have the associate's name. I shared my dilemma of needing a sump pump. He immediately checked to ensure he had one in stock. I asked if he would wait for me as I would arrive after closing. Not only did he wait for me after closing, but the team had everything ready at the register. I’m in retail as well, and it’s great to see that businesses still go above and beyond for their customers."

At the time of purchase everyone was nice, however:Return is a nightmare:1. You can return only to one location (I live 40 min away driving)2. Return period on all items is 30 days3. People at checkout are not welcoming returns.4. Some items are overpriced.5. You can not return an open package so if you buy something and if sealed you are stuck with it forever.I will drive 10 min longer and buy at Home Depot next time.
