“Went here for the 1st time, and got the premium wash. Got home and realized the front grill and back of my SUV wasn't clean. Emailed with pics and the receipt, and the manager, David, was very kind and accommodating, telling us to bring it back in when he's there so he can take a look. Was finally able to bring it in today. Talked to David, and he comped the wash, AND walked along through the wash to see everything (and got soaked in the process!). Said he can make minor adjustments here and there, but has to be careful so it doesn't scratch cars, which makes sense.
I was very thankful for his kindness and concern. I will definitely be back!”
“A wonderful experience from start to finish. I'm a senior on fixed income so I can't waster money on vehicle maintenance. I got 6 quotes for a radiator flush, and Craig's was the lowest. But that's not why I'm rating them five stars. They were super responsive throughout and I didn't have to waste time on the phone (the most inefficient and error prone form of communication known to man).
Combine that with their genuine friendliness and you have what auto service should be everywhere, but rarely is.

“First of all, I want to thank Lewis and his team. My car had a pretty deep scratch all down the passenger side from quarter panel to quarter panel. Lewis and his team went above and beyond! They even cleaned the inside of my car. I got quotes from other shops from $4000 - $5000. It really looks like I paid that much, but they are really reasonably priced, and very personable. He treats his customers as if they are family. I recommend Aesthetic Detail with the highest of 5 stars.”

“Really amazing interior and exterior detail!
Let me tell you, I brought my car in with probably half an inch of dirt caked-on on the outside, and baking soda powder everywhere in the interior (which I used to try to remove some funky odors) and they literally did the works on this thing. Cleaned the inside and outside, and got it smelling fresh and feeling super clean. And for not a bad price either. I also had some crazy orange stuff on the tires that I couldn’t get off for the life of me, and it looks like it was never even there!

“TAS is truly like no other! I called them a couple hours before they closed with an emergency. I was in an automatic car wash and somehow my trunk got popped open and instantly flooded with water. I had no idea what to do and on such a short notice I had low expectations. However, they were more than happy to help and assured me they could take care of me. As soon as I arrived they welcomed me and got right to getting all the water out of the trunk. Even though they were closing soon, they did not rush and took their time with the process. You guys were truly life savers. I will 100% be coming back for a full detail and will send everyone their way! Thank You guys once again!”

“I just would like to say that I was shopping at the Crest Hill Store first time I was in there. I went to play the slots. As my money got stuck in the machine I was getting very frustrated and a very nice girl came up to me and as she was also very busy. Her name was Charlene she was the assistant manager that's what her name tag said. She called in slot machine people to get my money out as she also helped me and offered to set up my gas and wash rewards card. She actually took the time out to help me and make sure my rewards was signed up I just want to say that you always see negative comments she definitely is a keeper and I was at the one in Crest Hill on Weber road. I will definitely be back for customer service like that you don't find that anymore thank you”

“So far it is the best car wash I have been to here in Illinois I come from Florida but I think they can improve even more the vacuum has good power and that is perfect they should adapt blowers I say this as a personal opinion I always like to blow the engine a little dirt, I will continue going anyway, the machines are well calibrated and do their job well”

“This is a very decent car wash especially for self service. I paid about $6 something. It has everything that the Lyon car wash in Darien has except for that tri color foam. This one has way more stalls. You do have to use tokens to access the vacuum cleaners. The self service takes credit cards, easy to turn on and off for service. The force of water is good, if you squeeze the trigger you get more pressure. I recommend buying some microfiber towels to dry your vehicle. It’s much more effective because we all know those air dryers that are usually at car washes suck.”

“Great place to come get your car hand washed. They do an exceptional job. Connor the front desk guy is very knowledgeable when it comes to the services they offer. They also have a drive thru express wash if you are on the run. They offer memberships for monthly unlimited washes on the express lane which uses special foam brushes to keep cars scratch free. Very friendly service definitely recommend.”
