They’ll let you know up front it’ll take some time to get loaded. Outbound has the first priority. You need minimum of of two hours patient.

Right side entrance. You report to the office, fill out some papers and deliver them to the next door, all very quickly

Wait til 7am before attempting to tell them you’ve arrived at the gate speaker box. 6:59. Nope, too early. Tanker unloads…they do all the unloading, no hose or Gumby suit for hazmat necessary. You’ll only have to hook up their air hose. Not bad.
