I was told by my Dr that my prescription only came in OTC in the dosage prescribed.
The pharmacist found that is indeed covered by my insurance and the dosage is available. Yippee! Thanks

CVS NEEDS TO ALLOW CUSTOMERS/patient’s ability to update their primary doctor’s information for prescriptions. Prescriptions are always delayed if you change doctors

I've been to several CVS pharmacies and none of them come to close to how well this one is ran. The pharmacist is incredibly kind, patient and knowledgeable.

Twice now in the past 3 months there has been a 5 day delay in filling my Rx. No one from the pharmacy thought that would be important information to communicate to me. Additionally, the pharmacists seem overwhelmed and generally agitated.

Either closed for lunch whenever they feel like it or a long line. Never have anything ready.

Absolutely impossible to get through on the phones and always a huge line. Waited on hold over 30 mins for someone to answer and nothing.
