“Great ice cream parlor in a good location, close to many other places to eat. We had lunch across the street at Wooden Paddle then crossed the intersection and enjoyed real ice cream. They have plenty of flavors for all ages plus some for vegan/dairy free people. Love the atmosphere too!”

“I absolutely adore this little DIAMOND in the rough of a store. If you can imagine an old school confectionery mixed with a Baker's shop also mixed with a coffee and honey processing shop in addition to being able to buy invoke. As long as you call ahead this place is a win no matter what.”

“This is a nice little farmers stand with fresh fruits, vegetables and eggs. The lady who works there is very friendly and helpful. She let my young son take a look at the chickens which we really enjoyed. Definitely recommend a stop if you're in the area.”

“Do you know where your food comes from? What a cool experience to see and be part of your local community! Always a wide variety of produce - and the 'u-pick' opportunities are awesome (especially for the little ones). The opportunity to interact and support with other local vendors is an added bonus that we love. If you haven't seen the good things happening at Green Earth Harvest/McDonald Farm/TCF - you're missing out!”

“Discount grocery store. Most items are house brands some are good some not so good. Most items are low priced. Try it if you like it buy it again if you don't don't buy it again. They have seasonal items that are sometimes a very good value. They have a good selection of cheese fruit and wine. Bring your own bag because they do not offer them for your charge they do sell them however. They have a good return policy where as they refund your money as well as give you the product to try again. They do carry a few name brand items.”

“The only reason why I dropped 5 star rating, which is the best rating, is because the Aldi brand soda, chips, baloney, or whatever you buy are the cheapest brand than the other brands”

“This is a great Aldi location because just around the corner, near Naperville Rd there are other shopping plazas with convenient stores.

I’ve long noticed how different Aldi locations carry relatively different items pertaining to neighborhood crowd.

For example this Aldi location has a bunch of Asian food choices. While the Aldi on Route 59/Ogden in Naperville/Aurora has a different selection of items. In summer I purchased a toddler 6ft plastic pool which I didn’t see elsewhere. Another Aldi on Route 59 towards The Morton Arboretum, has a more Hispanic version of food.

I mostly shop at this location because it’s the closest, but sometimes I alternate with another if I’m near that area. In any case, most Aldis have seasonal items but some locations don’t carry certain things. Hence the reason for alternating different stores. All-in-all I love Aldi, for great affordable prices and interesting home decor items that can’t be spotted anywhere else.

One time my mom even purchased a set of furniture which is still standing and holding it strong ?! So Aldi is great.”

“Aldi is my usual go to place for quality products, reasonable prices and very good organic veggies and fruits section. Love the seasoned Salmon and Avocado choices along with good choices for individual healthy snack pack trays. They usually have lovely flower choices in the spring and summer too. New quality discount Wine choices especially Pinot Noir are a plus for me on occasion as well.”

“This is a newer Aldi and I love shopping there. It is always clean inside well laid out and they have either the express registers or you can go to a register and be serviced by a clerk. The price is as usual you just cannot beat”

“I went into this fruit store on a whim and tried to hide my sticker shock when strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries amounted to $23. I remember walking out of the store wondering how a place like this stays in business. Then, I went to my other grocery stores (Trader Joes and Jewel) and got the best looking berries there to do a taste test.Holy cow. It doesn't even compare. The strawberries from this fruit store ACTUALLY taste like strawberries. Like these might be the best strawberries I've ever had. The blueberries were not mealy like the ones from a normal grocery store. So yes, the prices are high, but the taste and quality bar is beyond. I'll definitely come back.NOTE: credit cards are not accepted.”

“Today (August 26th) around 6:40 PM a blonde lady rang me up and even packed my items neatly into my boxes. Usually the cashiers throw things into the cart, so I was very appreciative of her. This also happened after I had problems with my EBT card at a previous register, so this just eased my frustrations. Great customer service on her part!”

“Great place for weekly shopping, they have a small but nice selection of food and household items. The milk is a great price, I buy 2% and coconut, and they have a great selection of seafood that I usually pickup on the way home.”

“Aldi is the best for low preservative foods! Everything tastes better from Aldi!! Even the Kraft products they sell are higher quality. Check your Walmart Kraft Miraclewhip ingredients against the Aldi Kraft Miracle ingredients and you will find better quality Kraft products at Aldi clearly labeled in the ingredients list.”

“5 stars to the associate, I believe her name is Eliseth, who was working the pickup/curbside orders today.

I got to the store within my pickup window and notified once I arrived. There was a woman also waiting when I got there, and she looked like she’d been waiting for a while. Eventually, she went inside and got her own order and left.

While I was waiting, another car pulled in. I decided to go into the store to grab my bags as well since I had another pickup at another store I needed to get to. As I was walking in, the associate was walking out with the order of the person who’d arrived to the store after me.

The associate let me know one of their phone systems was down and that’s why there was a long wait. I went back to my car.

I then received a text message saying no one was available to bring my order outside to my car, so I needed to go inside of the store to pick up my order. I got back out of my car, went into to the store, and waited at the front until someone could assist me.

After a couple minutes, I saw the associate coming with bags in a cart. I looked at them and they had my name on them. I let her know I received a text message saying that no one was available to bring it out which is why I came in. She let me know that because one of the systems was down it, the notifications weren’t exactly correct, and that she could bring my bags out to the car with me.

By this time, I did indeed have an attitude. I wasn’t nasty in my verbal communication, but I’m sure my face showed it. This associate stayed calm, she continued to speak kindly and softly, she was understanding, and she kept the situation under control.

Wanted to give her kudos! I’m not sure how many pick up orders she had to experience this with, how many unhappy customers she might’ve encountered, or just how the quality of her Friday had been going as a whole.

I’m very thankful for her! Continue to be a light to those around you!”
