We added our name to the waitlist. The waitlist sent us a text telling us to head to the salon, our turn was up in 15 minutes. We got to the salon at 8 minutes before our turn. We walked in and the stylist took a walk in increasing our wait time to 25 minutes. Why do you have an online waitlist if you aren’t going to adhere to your own policies?

I moved to Lemont 6 years ago and asked around to find a stylist. I heard over and over again that I need to go see Stephanie at Great Clips. Well I did, and have been going back almost every week now for 6 years. She is an exceptional stylist that puts care and quality into each cut. I highly recommend.

I have gone to Stephanie for years for haircuts and now my husband and kids as well. She always does a great job and listens to what I am looking for in my haircut. There is usually a wait for her but she is worth the wait.

Worst place ever. My haircut was messed up twice once by the manager she cut a hole in my front angle it looks ridiculous. Took a lon time to fix. Only Stephanie knows how to cut hair and she is the only reason I will maybe come again for my haircut.
