I've been an AllState customer for over 15 years. I highly recommend Jonathan Meeks - AllState Agency for your insurance needs. I've personally spoken with the owner, Jonathan Meeks twice in the past year. Mr. Meeks is always professional, knowledgeable, and personable. My most recent phone call resulted in me saving money on my annual premium cost. Also, the staff calls me to give insurance updates and they check-in with me to make sure everything is covered. I'm very satisfied with this agency and my insurance coverage.

I have been a customer for 10+ years. On auto pay. They have no consideration for their customers. insurance went up each year by $25 or more they give you no courtesy call. They don’t try to get your insurance back down low. I fell into hardship this year 2025 couldn’t pay they didn’t offer me any lower payments. They didn’t offer to make a courtesy payment for me. I canceled it got another insurance policy through another Company and they sent it to collections for 220$ and I still have a renters policy with them currently. This is all with the current agencies Pamela and Tariq. I DO NOT Recommend, SCAM.

I love the service i receive with my alstate agent.. They’re always professional, kind and get job done in timely manner. The owner also gave all his staff off today, but and is working by hisself…. who does that… If u want good service, dedicated workers…. Johnathan Meeks office is place to go… Thank u again for awesome service.

Great Agent! Helped me with my Homeowners and Auto insurance and explained a Personal Umbrella Policy as well. I had no clue how important the Umbrella policy was in this litigious world we live in.
