From Louie to Vanessa(s), the staff there treat you with respect, priority and make you feel as if it is a neighborhood bank. To them, you are more than a customer. I switched a major account to them from a competing bank because at MB Financial, I was treated like a customer rather than as a number...johnderby3

I have had nothing but excellent service and response from the team at MB....in particular the group at MB Lemont. From refinancing my home to working with me on my business funding needs they make it as painless as possible. If there is an issue or a need I've called and received excellent customer service from those working off hours and from the Lemont Branch. Highly recommend them!

MB is one of the worst banks I have had to deal with. Even though the money is yours in your account, god forbid you go on a trip and transfer money for incidentals to cover unforeseen expenses, you'll get a call saying that you can't transfer your own money more than 4 times a month. It's the computer doing it, not the bank tellers. Or when you pay taxes and they lock your debit card and don't notify you so when you try to pay for gas and the line is backed up behind you, you have to call, wait on infinite hold while you get out of line then find another pump 45min later once they decide to unlock your card so you can use your hard earned money. They get even better, their constant screw ups put my house closing 3 weeks behind schedule, once the bank we were getting our mortgage through even tried working with their incompetent customer service department to get account info because I was putting 50% down and they needed to verify where the funds were coming from and arrange a transfer. 3 weeks to finally get them to do it correctly!!!!!! My wife has chase and I can't see them being any worse than mb. I'm getting ready to open an account there and move the money in all my accounts. MB is the worst bank I have had to deal with. The only reason I was stuck with them is they bought the bank I originally had that had great customer service, was helpful and knew what they were doing. AVOID THIS BANK.!!!! MB is like the AT&T or Comcast of banks when it comes to customer service and getting things done
