“WORST CORPORATE OFFICE EVER!!!!!!!

To make some clarification, the Propane Central Office in Wichita, KS is Great!!!!! The Corporate Office DCC Propane LLC is the cause of all of our issues. The Local office has, however worked with us and resolved the issues that we have been having with Corporate. Just need to turn it back over to the Local office (Wichita) and corporate stay out of it. (The stars are for the Wichita Office ONLY!!!!)

This company has taken over our local propane service (Propane Central in Wichita, KS) and we have had nothing but issues with them. The local people who work here have no say in what goes on with the local customers. Prices have SKYROCKETED!!!!!! They sent out an email telling us the tank rental was doubling, then oops retracted their email said it was sent out accidently and prices for tank rental were not going up. Now we have a letter and BAM!!!! Tank rental has now DOUBLED!!!! Propane price is OUTRAGEOUS!!! We have no say or choice in our contract now. They set it for us, way before it is due. They monitor our account and TELL US how many gallons we need, not US TELLING them how much we need. THIS IS BS!!!!!!!! We were told we were grandfathered in to the old rules and system and none of this BS would affect us. WELL, it sure the heck is.”
