Mr. Hayes broke the bad news that I needed a new engine and advised me to give my dealership a call to see if it could potentially be covered. Thanks to his advice + diagnostics, I called them and ended up getting an engine replacement for free instead of paying out of pocket for a new one. I highly recommend and will be back as my car needs servicing.”
