When issues are observed by the technician a reasonable solution is identified and the problem's are fixed at a reasonable price.Today I got a problem resolved after 3 visits to the shop. “I wish I could give 10 stars. Gil at the Lisle location is always awesome to work with. He is really friendly and also honest about what is going on with my vehicle. Rick at the DG location told me that I should take my car to the Hyundai dealership since I was likely a candidate for a free engine replacement under the 100K warranty. He was right- I got a whole new engine. I wouldn’t have done that if he hadn’t suggested that. All of the people I have dealt with at either location have been wonderful. Their prices are more than fair, and my oil changes never take more than 30 minutes. My husband and I are very loyal to them. Thank you guys!”

“Incredibly happy with their work and dedication to figuring out problems! My car had a problem where the steering wheel leaned to the left and I thought it was an alignment problem so I originally took it into Mavis and they told me it was an alignment issue. I brought it into Mavis again after the first alignment and they still claimed it was an alignment issue, which didn't fix the problem at all (plus they left oil and grease marks everywhere on the driver's side door). Finally I took it to R and V and they found out the steering knuckle was the problem. My car is driving normal again! Very happy with them and the would highly recommend this shop! Thank you so much guys, will definitely come back!”

“Highly recommend this shop, they are honest and fair. I've had a transmission done here on one car a number of years ago, and recently had a different car towed in when it wouldn't start. “Not sure how long an oil change normally takes, it was my first one in a long time as it was the first one w/this car. I waited 2 hours. Seems the job was done well, no issues after (a week later I'm writing this). They ran a scan at no extra charge to get the code for why check engine light is on. It was easy to schedule, and easy checkout.”
