After depositing my money, the teller asked if I wanted to switch to a credit card with a "cash-back" option. I replied, "no thanks," but the teller continued to try to persuade me. "Don't you like free money?" How insulting.Another employee, I'm assuming the manager, joined in the conversation. I spent way too much time trying to convince them that I didn't want a different card. I remained pleasant, but the teller was visibly flustered/upset that she was not able to convince me.I stopped going to the branch closer my house because of this harassment. Now I'll not be returning to the Lemont branch. Time to start transitioning to a different bank.

Monear was super helpful in helping me open my first credit card!! He contacted me right away when I was accepted and booked the card for me asap!

They are nice, but always hassling you to opening a credit card. They even called me once over it..
