Got a quote for $55 2 days ago on shipping something. Today I went to ship it and they told me $110. Seriously! I lost a sale, of course, because the person who I was selling the item to didn't want to pay that!

The lady working there couldn't hate her job more. She makes sure that you are miserable along side with her. Im not sure why she still works here. They must be grossly understaffed. Do better

I tried to ask for information as to whether or not I could mail something in a regular envelope or if it would need to be a larger envelope/package instead, and the lady working there was not helpful at all and fairly rude. I’m sorry if she was having a bad day for some reason, but that seemed like an unnecessary response/reaction, and I didn’t feel very welcome there to mail my items.

The service today was very poor, the lady working there was short answered and obviously upset when I asked for a shipping price. Way to drain my spirits. Disappointing.

The lady that works there is extremely condescending, short, and smirks/laughs at customers. She has poor attitude and requires more training on policies and procedures. Scott is great but the lady I dealt with today is terrible.

I usually don't write reviews but we just left a post office with a smile. Wasn't expecting 5 star service but that's exactly what we got when getting my 6 month year olds passport. The staff treated us like their own family and the process went as smooth as it could. If you have post office type things to get taken care of, this is the place to go. I'll be going here for all my post office needs and might even stop in to say hi to the great staff they have working here.
